Hi, I have downloaded the latest theme update and re-installed the latest Visual Composer, however all of the buttons on the website are now doubling and appearing underneath. Please see www.prestekonline.co.uk

I have checked on the page settings and in the code on visual composer and there does not appear to be another button entered in.

Please can you help ASAP.

If you have update the theme and visual composer, then go edit the page with the buttons and edit the buttons module, then update the page, this will fix the problem.

When I update to wordpress 4.5, the layout breaks on my site and many things don’t even show up. I tried updating the theme, deleting Visual Composer, and then re-installing it…which still doesn’t work.

Updating the theme, deleting the visual composer to install the new version from Appearance > Install plugins should do the trick.

If you still have problem then maybe it’s a problem with an additional plugin you are using.

That error is thrown by PHP and likely you will need to contact your host to have them specify a temporary directory (e.g. upload_tmp_dir in php.ini)

Can you tell us the version of the theme and woocommerce you are using?

Our team should be working on this if there is a new woocommerce update but if you are using the version 1.58 of the theme everything should be ok.

Hi I’m having a huge problem with loading speeds. Every other theme I have used never had any issues with loading. This one does. Every page seems to get stuck in the “loading circle”

I made sure pages don’t have too many high quality images on them but every page still loads very slowly.

Please help!

I think the problem is that when you imported the pages the server folder permission wasn’t set right.

Please just try to go edit the page that doesn’t load and just “Update” the page.

Then you should be able to access it from front end.

What is the reason for not enable translation ready breadcrumbs in rd-custom-breadcrumbs.php?

Lines like “Archive by category” and “Search results for” are not translation ready.

Maybe this can be done within the next update?

Hi, i’m having a problem when i tried to create a new page and view that page it keeps on redirecting me to a blog page…. but when i change my theme into other themes the page was fine, can you tell me the problem?

using the latest theme version which is Version 1.57 and WP ver 4.5.1

I am interested about buying this theme. But I want to know if a simple images carousel its gonna look the same as the staff carousel.

But it’s a simple carousel. Just images spinning. I saw in a friend website who used your theme that there is one big photo and little others below it. I just need a carrousel with 6 images one next to other with the arrows, please.

Every time I try to open the portfolio page that was imported from demo – it goes to the home page – even when I have the portfolio page opened in the back end and click “view page” it goes to home page – please help

Once I go to permalinks what do I select as I already have selected “Post Name”. I have over 700 buys at Envanto and this should not be an issue – pushing me to paid support is wrong as this is basic support. Please tell me why when I try to view my portfolio page it goes to home page – again basic function which requires basic non paid support – thank you

Hi,

Some parts of my website stopped working all of a sudden without me doing any changes to the site. I think I have an outdated version of Visual Composer.

I have tried to delete the plugin and then re-install it but it didn’t work.

I tried to submit a ticket but it says I have to renew support?? This is not right. I paid for a working WP theme. Customers must be able to update the theme without having to pay for support..?

How can I fix this?

?Hi, im having problem when it comes to mobile, if i used a 4” to 5.5” phone the view is like viewing it from a tablet the columns supposed to be 1 columns but when i view it in mobile phones it has 2 columns, i’m worrying if i update my theme to latest it will damage all settings i have.

does the problem because of visual composer? if yes i’ll just update my visual composer, and my current VC version is ver.10

my wp version is 4.4

tried to update my VC and its now in version 4.11.2 but still the mobile view is showing a tablet view i think it’s tablet view because on desktop i have 4 columns then when i view on mobileview it became 3 columns it should be 1 column in mobile view right?

nvm got it it seems there’s a conflict when i added a minification for html, css & js in my function.php what i did is just remove it and now it’s fine.

We’ve update to the latest version of Wordpress and Woocommerce, but now the /cart page layout is messed up. And when you hover over the cart icon in the main menu, it is also messed up. Does this have anything to do with Visual Composer?

Thanks for your reply. We have too many customization to the theme, so it can’t be updated.

The issue is on our cart page, which I wouldn’t think has anything to do with Visual Composer. Do you know if Visual Composer has control over the woocommerce pages? Could you add a product to the cart and let me know? https://kingdomworks.com/store

Hi, I sent you a private message as well but after the wordpress 4.5 update, the mobile menu is no longer working. I’ve flushed the cache, I’ve deleted my cache, I’ve even created a new mobile menu and it’s still not working. The 3 bars show but when you click on it, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I have updated the theme and all the plugins. But now there is a comment form on my frontpage. I have disabled the comment option on the setting page but it is still there. Can you help? Or should I purchase support for this issue? Mine is expired.

For the comment problem :

To disable the comment for the page, go edit the page and :

- click on \”Screen options\” ( top right of the screen )

- check the \”Discussion\” checkbox

- scroll down until you see the discussion options and un-check allow comment.
