Hello the “tabs” on the visual composer is not working. Everytime I click the little plus sign to add a new tab, nothing shows up, then a new tab shows up but I can’t edit it or deleted it. Please help

To disable the comment for the page, go edit the page and :
- click on “Screen options” ( top right of the screen )
- check the “Discussion” checkbox
- scroll down until you see the discussion options and un-check allow comment.

Hi, i have an issue with my site, after i updated Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and wordpress 4.5, some elements like photos and text have disapeared from several pages, eventhough they still are on the visual composer. How can i fix this?

How Do I change the color of linked text? I can’t find it in the Fox Options. Right now the links in my blog page appear as the same color as the regular text until the mouse hovers over it – i’d like it to appear a different color.

You can change the highlight color settings from Thefox > Main content styling. If you are creating the blog using our blog module you can also modify the color settings directly from the module.

Would there be a reason why sidebars on the shop page don’t show up? I’ve tried creating a new shop page with sidebar, which is initially visible, but disappears when connected to Woocommerce? I went to renew my support to ask this question, but Envato have more than doubled the price for six months support. Pretty cynical move 
Thought I’d try asking. I’ll just migrate to a new theme otherwise.

What do you mean disappears when connected to woo-commerce? The support price is almost the price of a new theme, if you are going to use the theme for an other website you have better to buy a new license.

Hmmm – I can’t submit a ticket as my support has expired as stated above. Here’s the issue anyway, if anyone else can help:
I’m having an issue with the Shop page whereby it doesn’t show sidebar content when set as the ‘Shop Page’ in the Woocommerce Display settings:
http://www.dirtypixel.co.uk/shop/?When inspecting the page in a browser, you can see that the sidebar is there, but not the content. If I create a new page to use as the shop page with a sidebar, but don’t set it up in Woocommerce, the sidebar content is visible:

Disappointing to be ignored on this one. I imagine there’s a simple solution, but I’m not prepared to pay $42 for the privilege of an answer.
Shame Envato got so greedy – warning to other users / potential customers – your site could become redundant if updates to the theme or plugins happen past your six month support slot.

We have the frontend editor disabled by default because some of our modules doesn’t work well when used from the frontend editor.

You are seeing the > > because those are part of the breadcrumbs, it seems that the title text color settings are set to white that’s why you are not seeing anything.
You can change the title settings from Thefox > title styling.

Hi there. My support for this theme has already ended, but now I’m extremely frustrated because the newest update caused the body of my website to disappear. I have to revert back to an older version in order to have it appear again. I have no idea what to do and I really hope I can at least get some help for this.

What you can try to do after updating the theme is to update the plugins :
- Go to plugins and deactivate and delete the Visual composer
- Then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the new version of the visual composer and other plugins
If this doesn’t fix the problem please also try to deactivate the additional plugins you are using.

For the problem with Google Plus sharing and page 404:
Find the file “rd-share-panel.php” in “TheFox\functions\rd_theme_functions\” on the top of the file find Google Plus link and replace existing “http://google.com/bookmarks/mark?op=edit&bkmk=” with “https://plus.google.com/share?url=”
Worked for me. Also, this problem exists in the latest theme update 02/04/2016

Just FYI, this theme is not easy to use when compared to others in the top charts. It is a bummer, going to lose the money I spent on this theme. But I have to buy another since I getting from point A to B simply isn’t that easy with this theme. Just thought you might want to know
