for the second point, a combination of offcanvas (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/home/blog-metro/?style=overlay) and right menu (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/home/shop-classic/?style=right-shop). I would like for example in the same header the right menu for the main category and a burger menu. When user clicks on the burger menu, he can find more information about enterprise such as mail address, newsletter subscription…. I know it is possible with other themes such as salient or bridge theme. I would like to know if is it possible with your theme?
Hi clubosport, no sorry actually it’s not possibile to combine both horizontal and off-canvas menu, we have just received a few request so this will be a new feature but it’s not part of the actual version. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hi clubosport! 1. We have made this in development stage but now remove to a more simple effect (damn). Anyway sound good idea, we can make this working in next updates (thank you for remind). 2. What you refer to page speed scroll (the go-to-top arrow)? 3. This is the change log and next update will be published in the next days (last tests). Let us know!

Hello, May I ask you 2 pre-purchase questions? (1) Is this theme expressly NOT compatible with bbpress or did you just not mention its compatibility in the product overview? If incompatible, are there any forum alternatives Uncode is compatible with according to your experiences? And (2) With other themes, you often read “100% translation ready and WPML compatible”. In the case of Uncode, you only say “WPML ready”. But I guess you also include the .pot, .po and .mo files so that I can localize the backend for my customers? Thank you very much!

1. Some users have tested and perfectly works as for the common WordPress plugins, for sure actually you dont have any special CSS styles except the one inherit from the theme CSS. 2. The WPML official team have finished to test the compatibility and the next update (2 weeks) is certified bu WPML itself (not most theme have this). Anyway actually we dont have any open issue with WPML

Hi, great looking theme – pre-purchase questions:
1) Sticky menu – this is activate on on classic business demo and works on desktop, but doesn’t work on tablet – is this an option on the theme as it really needs it? 2) On Blog metro demo – presume the projects below are being pulled in from the portfolio – can you set it so say only the latest 6 show only? – wouldn’t want entire portfolio to load for page speed load issues. 3) Are sliders navigation ‘swipeable’ for tablets?

Yes for sure but you need to adjust the thumbnails grid size selectively, so for example you have all same size elements is automatic, if you need a more designed grid you need to adjust. 3. Shame there’s no sticky navigation for tablet (would purchased if it did). Perhaps something to include for your next release?

Just bought the theme, thanks. How do I make a SVG logo? My PNG although large in size, is looking soft on screen when shrunk down by indicated a smaller pixel height. Can you provide guidance on building a SVG or a how to guide you would recommend.

We have only Instragram post integration, if you need some IG feed you can use plugins, a few users use a plugin and perfectly works with Uncode. You can use the Newsletter subscription plugin for ContactForm7 or just embed the MailChimp code in your page with the Raw HTML element. Let us know if you need more infos!
Hello! very beautiful theme! just one quick question,
I want to add a Planner page, it’s for Tailor Made Trips for a Travel, Tourism and Adventures Business, so the customers can go and pick options from 10 or 15 fields and then we get all the information, is there something like that in the theme? or maybe a plug-in?

My photography client needs her website updated. Your template looks great but there are just a few questions before I commit to buying.
1. Does the gallery have some sort of infinite load? I need about 200 pics per page and the gallery I use at the moment takes ages to load all images.
2. can I change the amount of thumbnails per row and margin between thumbnails for desktop and mobile devices or are they set at a number?
3. The lightbox navigation on iphone is a little to invasive for my taste, can it be reduced in size, icons be changed or removed?
4 can i have transparent headers and also can I choose between top or side header? I would like a full page image on the home page.
5. lastly I just want to emulate this site http://www.charliedailey.com but make the images appear much faster. Is this within the realms of Unicode

Hi, for some reason our logo is not showing up in IE you can view the site here. Its an SVG which IE should support, but something is causing it to not display. It appears to be there, but seems to be sized to 1px so its impossible to see.

In the theme options yes, not media library.
For SVG logo you need to declare the width and the height in the media library also. You are not gonna have to do it in the next release.
Can you show me where I declare that height? I do not see any option on the SVG media element within the media library.

Pre-purchase question: In the blog metro overview, I’d like to style the individual isotope items differently depending on their category/tags or something else. Is there a way to CSS target individual isotope items differently based on something like tags or categories? I don’t see any info like that being output in the HTML.

I tested on an iPhone 4s and 5 … both safari & chrome and on the retest have the same result. I also tried just now on a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime native browser and on my Macbook Air (Chrome, Safari, FF) ... scaling the screen to hit nav change point.
They are all on the latest OS and browser versions for the respective device … all behaving in the same way.
I am not seeing any errors in web inspect etc … Is there anything specific you would like me to check?
Hi projectmunton, my fault! I understood you refer to the menu not submenu, sorry. No actually there is not an option to close an opened submenu, if you open it on mobile you probably need to navigate some pages, or open another submenu to close this one or close your main menu if you dont need to navigate away. Thank you for suggestion anyway!

I think it would be a good addition in the future, if you are primarily a mobile user, you may not be familiar with the nav structure and want to alternate between sections etc

Not exactly. Picture of the product need to be at the middle and then you scroll it will scroll down but the product description from the left will stay on the same place, and same about price and ADD TO CART button on the right from the photo. Check the site i mention before, to make sure what iam talking about

Hi I have uploaded high resoluion background image in the header of one of my pages and i notice the image appears blurred and low quality compared to the original. Is there some setting to manage this?
I have previewed the image from the media library url and it is crisp but when i insert it into the header it is lower quality and fuzzy.

I have to say I love this theme as the options are almost limitless. What I think does let it down and effect your sales are the demos. You really do need to add more and show what this theme is really capable of. I am sure you have some in the pipeline but when are we going to see them?

I spent about a month looking around the various themes before deciding to buy yours and then it was not because of the demos but a professional designer telling me just how adaptable and amazing this theme was.
He was right, but you only get to see some of what the theme can do after you have purchased it. It is different from most themes and a lot of thought has gone into the coding but less the demos. A lot of them are very similar so you need something different, especially on the landing pages.
Trends this year seem to be staying with flat and minimalistic. My biggest gripe of any theme is that most websites have a blog but they are all the same, masonry boxes and boring. Finding something a little different for a blog page was almost impossible.Doing something different with the blog would help you stand out. The demos also need to be a little longer in some places and although grids and boxes may be in there needs to be a little more content to the demos. You have excellent typography and ways of using them on the theme and that should be shown off.
I am not a designer, just a user.. I know that you have some amazing innovations and a strong backbone to build upon this theme and get it outselling the competition. I am also sure there are plenty on here who would give you ideas for demos.
