From the description of the issue it seems that your logo was not cropped to the artboard and had some transparent space around it ( you need to crop your logo SVG to the artboard, so the SVG is exactly the size of the logo, ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/GXS6YD ).

Hi, i’ve submitted a ticket on the last thursday, the support team changed the logo for this uncode one.

The logo file size is correct, it has the artboard size, but it seems to loose the size information when i upload it to the theme – in the media session it is shown with 1×1 px. Maybe for an export misconfiguration, i think, but the support team is just ignoring the files and prints i send, and insists that i change the logo size, even after doing this a few times. The question is simply ignored by the support.

i’m just giving up.

Hello, as far as I can see on our test sites the responsive options of the Empty Space module works fine, but remember that the Row that contains it is still visible on mobile, so if you don’t have any other module in that Row, I recommend to hide the Row itself instead of the Empty Space module. Hi mac_fly! It seems to me very difficult that things are related. Anyway, we are not able to replicate your problem. We have tried now to activate Adaptive Images, and on a Slides Scroll page with mobile disabled, the mobile remains disabled as expected. Be sure it’s not related to extra plugins, cache or possible customisations.

The animation is probably applied to that particular selector to avoid conflicts with other options applicable to the column. In any case, the output of the column shortcode can be overridden by a child theme if needed, but I guess you obviously already know that

Thanks, yes I do. Since I am adding custom animations it would be easier for the client or any other person managing the site to select a class from the dropdown, instead of typing it in. I can probably update the core to add a hook and add extra classes via functions.php, but then the hook would be replaced by any updates. Would you suggest moving this conversation to support?

We have done some testing and code searching, and indeed there is a filter you could use in your child. This kind of customisation is not offered in the support, so I recommend contacting a developer if you need more precise intervention etc. But this snippet does add an option to the animation dropdown of the parent column in the back end. I tried to import that specific demo, but the Menu was quite different. I also tried to replicate it. I am able to make it transparent, but only at the top. I need it to be transparent AND sticky. As soon as I scroll down, it becomes opaque. Could you please tell me how I can make it transparent at all times, even when its sticky header and I have scrolled down? (Basically exactly replicating the demo)

Hi alexbewalter! This is a bug that comes from WordPress 5.9 (even if Uncode is disabled it’s not possible to re-arrange Media Gallery items), we are all waiting a fix, and in case you should ask directly to them a possible ETA.
