the theme breaks with the js composer plugin package included in the download.. I had to use the js composer plugin sold separately for everything to work.

I solved my problem by installing the js-composer plugin that I purchase separately.
The issue is a conflict between the plugin included in the theme download package.
Just update the plugins to the latest

I have downloaded and installed the theme, but haven’t been able to customize most parts of the theme, as they appear uncustomizable and the WP bakery builder doesn’t provide much options to edit or add content on most of the components. Hi, i am using child theme because i have some custom code. Layout is messed up, i have version 1.3.2 while i see there’s 1.3.3 available. I was able to update theme to version 1.3.3 but child theme is still 1.3.2 I have 3 questions:
1. How to update child theme as well?
2. If i delete theme and upload manually the latest version, will the custom code stay there or will be overwitten?
3. How to get WP Bakery and Slider Revolution licenses?

1. Child theme does not have latest version available.
2. Your custom code will be overwritten.
3. We bought an extended license for Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder, we can’t give you the purchase code of this plugin because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. We update the plugin via theme updates and you will receive the latest version of this plugin via email. You don’t need to activate it with license key, it’s functional without it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key.

When I update theme on themeforest, notification is sent from themeforest and you will get plugins with latest version attached in theme. https://case.d.pr/i/O2PchL
Normally you just need to remove and reinstall the plugin via require plugin. We always update the plugin with the latest version on hosting and the version is always the latest.

We’re using this theme for a client. In the top-bar social icons area, changes to: Theme Options => Social Media are not rendering.
The header will show our updated Facebook link. But then also always shows Blank Twitter & LinkedIn.
Then ignores our efforts to add Instagram or any other social profiles.

Hi, I want to purchase the Unfinity Wordpress theme (https://demo.casethemes.net/unfinityplus-industrial/) and I have a few questions before proceeding to the purchase: - Is WPBakery plugin included in the theme with full functionality?
- Can the theme be modified, using WPBakery plugin, along with the WordPress block editor, or the use of one excludes the use of other?
- Will the current version of WPBakery plugin be functional without any paid subscription and for how long?
- In case the theme is modified using the WPBakery plugin, will the theme break in case the plugin is removed?
- For future updates of the theme, will the WPBakery plugin have to be updated too?
- The site I want to construct will be bilingual – English and Greek language. Does it have a Google font selection functionality in it’s administration interface?

1. You just need to edit the content with WPBakery.
2. It’s the latest version and you don’t need to pay to buy this plugin. The newest package is always included in the full package.
3. Sure, page content must work with WPBakery.
4. Once the latest version is available you can update via require plugin or manually update with the latest package in the theme’s full package.
5. Yes, the theme is compatible with Polylang or WPML and you can choose google fonts for each language.
6. Don’t worry, it will work on your site. Sometimes the form on the demo site is limited by hosting. I will fix this problem soon.

You are using one license for multiple projects and you are asking for support when it expires. Actually, I still support customers after the support package has expired. In your case, you are trying to install demo data on a new project, you need to buy another license to be able to request support. The problem on your previous site has many causes and we need your site information to check what the problem is, whether there is a conflict between 3rd party plugins. You always ask questions to leave reviews, maybe you will pressure me with a 1 star review. I advise you to consider this, as you will be violating review rules as well as support rules.

Hi!! This is the correct link: https://gruval.es/ca/productes/ and no, the problem is there, on the spanish version i can see the 14 products, meanwhile on the catalan version im only see 13 products, and the images are no aligment like on the spanish version.
Are you sure you have added featured image for each item on both languages?
Yes, the featured image is correct, but in catalan the products are no aligment, and 1 product is missing. On the spanish version everithing is correct.
