I need to update the WpBakery Page builder plugin. But every time I try to do it from my wp-admin, the following message is shown: “license activation required”. The problem is that I don’t have this purchase key because I bought it as a package included in your theme. So what I need is for you to update this plugin for me. I’ve already talked to the plugin support but they told me that I should contact the theme author and ask you to update WPBakery Page Builder version within a theme.

I am receiving the message “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” I have already worked with the elevated tech support from the hosting company and everything in my alphamartialarts.net/phpinfo.ini is correct with uploads allowed up to 1Gb. I am trying to upload a 232kb file and it won’t work. In fact, no files will work.

I have downloaded Elementor Builder in order to start modifying Unfinity theme but the theme seems to not be compatible with Elementor. There is an error at the home page and many items are missing. Only WPBakery seems to work!

I activated the theme and then I tried to install the plugins.

I’ve created a slider with the plugin that came along with the theme. The slider acts like a landing page and would be the only thing visible on the page. Before publishing the page I checked to see that the footer and header for the page where both set to none. After I’ve published the page I somehow don’t just have de slider, but I also have a white bar in the footer and header section. How can I fix this? Is it a simple setting?

I followed a video on how to upload and install your theme, but there are 3 issues I found so far.

1. When I uploaded the theme, installed the plug-ins, and selected the demo, the following error came up…

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘RevSliderSliderImport’ not found

2. I went back and clicked on our website, and the theme seemed to work, however there were doubles of each menu item.

3. Assuming there were actually no errors, I started inputting some of our company information and found that I wasn’t able to update or change any actual content because they were all linked to your demo website.

Could you please help? Is there something I’m missing?

How do I import all the content without each menu item going to your demo website?

With today’s update, the image logo on the theme won’t change from the default infinity+ logo even though i have my loaded in the theme settings.
