1. Yes, anyhows this would need some code , as is not properly functional. If you play something on another page and go to the homepage, without player, it would be unstoppable, right? So we can help you with this, but technically is not recommended.
2. Can’t provide support for features that are not part of our theme. I’d recommend to search in the wordpress repository and test multiple plugins to check the one you like the most.
3. Yes: you can make a custom page for a special author entirely with Elementor, then using the plugin Redirection make a redirect from the author default link, to your new custom page

Important note: standby music reproduction depends on the device settings. For instance if you enable power saving, the browser may stop playing if it’s in standby mode. The functionality depends on device and personal settings.

Hello! 1. You can hide the player in a page,and disable ajax page loading, so music won’t keep playing without option to stop it. We can help with this, requires a small option on the page to be enabled.
2. Audio podcasts can be imported via podcast t imported plugins as second line podcast importer pro. If the podcast is not audio ( for instance is MP4 or other) you need to play it through its player, because our Player only handles audio sources.
Anchor for instance, can use MP4, and it doesn’t play on an audio player.

Hi! 1. This theme doesn’t have radio stream compatibility. For radio + podcast features you can check out OnAir2 or Pro Radio.
Attention: m3u8 is NOT a stream is a text file containing the link to the stream. If your stream is HLS that’s a VIDEO format and won’t work with our themes wince we have Audio streaming players.
2. You can import podcasts, but attention to Anchor: it uses mp4 files. Again, that’s a video format. Even though you see only audio, it’s a video encapsulated format and won’t work in our players. Any normal podcast works fine (blubrry and similar)

They were emails on Dec 25th and Dec 27th to info@qantumthemes.com. It’s crazy how much time I’ve wasted going in circles with this theme. So many things that should be more user friendly like the layout of text and header images from a podcast page vs a podcast listing page. Whatever you do to one page is the same on the other just not well thought out. I have so many issues with the footer and other things I have submitted in tickets. I was told I should read tutorials, I’ve been working with wordpress themes for over 15 years. I don’t have any more time for this, so I think you should provide a refund, the amount of wasted time and energy is insane. The theme looks nice but working with parts of it are just far from what it should and could be to be more user friendly.

If the background is white and the text is white too, it can’t be readable.

The header image should be set in transparency to white, so that black text can be accessible on top of a white image.
I updated everything an have no issue with white text and never did. These message are from a month ago. This support is far from helpful. I’m going in circles and have postponed my launch for months because of issue with this theme. There are several other ongoing issues never to be solved and I have asked for a refund 3 times now as months go by I have not working website. I have records of emails send Dec 25th and Dec 27th to your address and they did not bounce. I rather get pass all of this pain and launch considering how much time I’ve spent but there is no usable result and again I have asked 4 times now for a refund.

I’m unsure if you are saying you did not receive any refund requests from me or that you don’t provide them. As I said I have painfully tried for over 10 month to get this theme looking properly and it hasn’t happened. I think it’s best to provide a refund so I can find something else. I chose your because of the premium option for payment I plan to do down the road. But the inflexibility of part of the them is beyond frustrating and something I think you could address to make it more user friendly.

Everything was working ok, then I just updated Elementor, nothing else. There is a plugin that is not compatible with the last Elementor. I deleted it, and now your theme cannot download it anymore…

Hi, this theme is not meant for radio stations so it doesn’t have suppot for radio channels. Technically if you make a podcast and paste the URL of the stream, it will work, but all of the features for a proper radio station websites are not part of this theme. We have multiple alternative themes for radios, that also incorporate podcasting features.

Hi, PWA can be made in various ways, you can use the native json endpoint from wordpress, or also make a simpler Webview app. I would recommend a webview app which will allow to use the native player, registration and so on. But we don’t cover support for apps creation.

Hello, great theme and has what I’m looking for, except loading between pages is slow. Any plans to further optimize the theme speed in the future?
Hi, actually it would be faster but we had to place a preloader between pages to make sure they are loaded before opening, in order to ensure as soon as it opens you can interact with any element immediately. Otherwise it could happen you click on something as soon as you see it and it doesn’t work correctly. The load time is 1.5 sec though
thank you for your response, I purchased your theme and we can clearly see it was made by an expert. I do have 2 questions if you could kindly help me with: 1- How can I hide the audio player when the page loads for the first time, so that it only displays after I click on play on 1 of the podcasts, then if we pause the audio and refresh the page the audio disappears.
2- How can I trigger the keyboard on mobile devices automatically right after clicking on the search button in the menu “wpcasterpro-btn wpcasterpro-btn-r wpcasterpro-btn-ghost”
I think these are necessary features and should be in the theme by default as options. Thank you for your help in advance. Ali

1) About this request, you should make a plugin that adds some css and javascript to the page and program the css to display the player only after playing the first track. That’s not an easy task and requires quite some coding, for this reason that’s not something we can provide within the support territory.
2) This is a useful hint and we will definitely improve the theme by adding auto focus on the search both for desktop and mobile.

yes it’s scheduled for next week, I can’t guarantee it 10=% because we have another massive update scheduled for another theme but is a change that we already did to our latest theme and will be taken to WpCasterPro as well.
