It seems you are using version 3 or below framework. If you want duplicate feature then you can use the duplicate using this plugin

1. the ai plugin we bought is not generating even though we are using the proper openai api code
2. the pwa builder is not building <missing manifest for pwa> not my error
3. the service worker can not compile because it says the icon is not a .PNG thats impossible you can check my media uploads the logo is a png 512×512 but i cant proceed until that bug is fixed

This is outside the scope of theme support, we’ve shown in the videos how to generate the app and publish on app store.

NEGATIVE .. your lying to me .. it was our deal since day 1 that when i purchased this you would submit it to testflight .. if im lying then why did you ask for the logo icon, color code and all that details .. i have screenshots and proof that it was included in the deal at the time i purchased .. since then i have been more parient than a rock waiting for you to fix this solution .. and now you up and abandon me after not leaving my website on maintenance while working on it even though i said please leave it on maintenance mode so im assuming your feelings are hurt and this is revenge?. . not keeping your promise of compiling this pwa . . thats so rude and distasteful after years of me being patient with you .. you just lie to my face and now disconnect. ill post the screenshots of your promises here looking for them now .
Our offer is always to help to our customers to achieve this. The theme is just a tool not the project itself. For example : Publishing iOS app also requires a lot of form filling, about content in the app, generating screenshots then going through the review process, all that is not our area. i dont need 0% help adding info and screenshots into itunes connect as ive published over 300 apps before this. lets make it clear that your pwa generator is not working i have paid people to test it as ive offered to pay you but you ignore my emails since you know it doesent work BE HONEST ME VIBE… it says Missing manifest for the PWA.Reference Video and the reference video is no help since its a 4 year old video that doesent show how to generate or locate the necessary fields for firebase in the steps

We are currently experiencing an issue with viewing student Prep Exam results on our end. While students can see their results, our team is unable to access the master “history” or “results” as administrators.
Previously, we were able to view course activities and scores as admins. However, under the current APP method, this functionality seems inaccessible. Could you please advise if there is an alternative way for administrators to view student results?
We also tried updating all plugins and such, but no luck. We are using WPLMS: Version: 4.950
Is there anything we are doing wrong?
hi, the activity module remains the same. Make sure the Activity module is active in WP admin – Settings – BuddyPress – components . Also make sure the BP Classic plugin is active and installed. WP logins require a reload, update on the ticket.
My emails are no longer sending as HTML, only the text version is working. I have used mailgun, brevo, and all sort of SMTP and API. Do you have any clue what could be happening?

Hi! I am writing urgently with regard to my ticket #3694128
I encounter a lot of issues, during the installation, while being on the setup wizard of the theme and also while installing only the plugins on another theme and while running the Vibe BP setup wizard.
While I check all possible ways, nothing changed and my website keeps freezing when installing the plugins through the wizard.
After having created a support ticket, they answered me in 48h saying that it is done, however it wasn’t as I couldn’t manage and get the demo landing page.
I still couldn’t install the demo I wanted… neither through the wizard, neither by other methods.
Therefore, having found that it is possible to install the WPLMS systems and all the required plugins to another theme, I decided to move to another theme for the general website and to keep the LMS functionalities of WPLMS by installing all the addons.
BUT AGAIN, there is an issue while launching the setup wizard Vibe Bp, as per the video tutorial available on YouTube… without being able to do anything except reinstalling completely WordPress and deleting the database.
I check 50 times the minimum server configuration and crosschecked with the plugin PHP info, and still nothing works.. The system is saying that I am not allowed to do it…
I ended up being stuck for a week now, while I need it urgently for my students.
After a week would it be possible to get that done once for all ? it keeps freezing… and I CANNOT DO ANYTHING….
I honestly purchased a lot of themes on ThemeForest and I am more than happy for most of theme, but I must say that so far, this one is promising to be the best but turns out to be the worst specially in terms of support.

We are working on your ticket. Since you are using it with other theme, we have to go step by step, we do not recommend our users to go all out and activate all the functions of the theme. Thanks, but while proceeding step by step as per your video, I get stuck on the step 1, the website freezes on the VibeBP setup Wizard, nothing happens and I cannot choose any feature, nothing, the button to launch the installation doesn’t work at all… and the website is telling me that I am not allowed to do it…
We are working on the ticket, the setup wizard completed but something is blocking API requests in your site.
Yes, everything has been checked as per your answers on the ticket, but nothing has changed, and there is no errors on the server side. Could check on the plugin side ? or help me with further guidelines on checking the server ?
Meanwhile I will try to install them on another server.

So apparently the wizard worked well on another server, However there is still some issues as I don’t get the same results as per the video tutorial. It might be an issue on the installation of VibeBP.
