Como usuarios satisfechos de su plugin por más de tres años, hemos enfrentado una situación crítica tras migrar nuestro sitio educativo a un entorno actualizado: Entorno nuevo: PHP 8.2 + WordPress 6.8.2 Entorno original: PHP 7.4 + WordPress 6.5.5
Si bien la migración técnica fue exitosa y el sitio es visible, el plugin impide el inicio de sesión para todos los roles (estudiante, profesor, administrador). Esto provocó: que las clases en linea y la visualización de los cursos no se vieran.
Dada la gravedad del asunto y la imposibilidad de mantener el sitio inoperativo, tuvimos que restaurar la versión anterior del entorno (PHP 7.4 y WordPress 6.5.5) para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
¿Podrían ayudarnos a resolver este inconveniente? Agradeceríamos su pronta respuesta pues tenemos hasta el 31 de Julio para resolverlo. Quedamos atentos a sus comentarios.

Les informo lo que he llegado a encontrar para que nos puedan ayudar con mas rápidez, la página se cae cuando activo el plugin: vibe-helpdesk
Si esta carpeta lo renombro levanta la página web pero igual cuando accedo con el usuario y contraseña para visualizar los cursos no llega a mostrarse.
Espero que este dato les ayude a encontrar pronto el problema. Saludos.

Yes, This is what we call Media lock , there is a lock icon that appears on Next Unit / Quiz button and unlocks only on video finish. Enable this in WP admin – WPLMS – Course manager.
nice and do u hv any api on this? coz we want to customize finish 1 video 1 point for their result
we do have inbuilt gamification module where you can reward the user with point on unit completion ( Not video finish ). refer video here : https://wplms.io/features/learning-experience/gamification/

But where can a user validate his certificate by entering certificate ID? widget provided in wp-admin dashbaord don’t work as I already notified you. If it’s working, is there any latest guide available to create such a page or certificate validation field?

Widgets can be added to any page in elementor, so this is also possible in custom footer as well.
