People dont receive email notification whenever a reply is sent to their messages. They only receives email notification when a message is first created.
This is not a bug though, I requested that you help me disabled email notification whenever a reply is sent to a message, and you gave me a script but I forget what that script was or where you told me to place it. This was about 4 or 5 years ago. I am using the classic version of Vibes theme.
Could you recollect what that script was or where I would have added it? I need to remove it now so that email notifications can start working as normal.
Sure, the script would most likely be connected to the reply hook. But we would need to locate the code, did you ask us on wplms.io/support or on tickets or email. we can locate this request and resolve this faster.
I have checked my email but couldn’t find it. I believe it would be in the wplms.io/support, which I no longer have access to.
IF you could tell me where that script could have been saved on our server, I may try to look it up. But I am not sure it is in function.php.
the script would most likely be in child theme – functions.php or wplms-customizer plugin or in a PHP snippets plugin.

hi team! can you please explain the differences between WPLMS Theme and Astra or other wp themes in terms of performance, speed, features etc.
The WPLMS theme has styling for pre-built course blocks and regular course elements. The plugins in the WPLMS theme can work with any theme and has been tested with Astra as well. You can create course layouts, member profile layouts, member cards and course card layouts in elementor and use them for directory and courses.
is there any advantages of speed and performance over other wp-themes.
no specific advantage of the theme. You can use any theme, many of our users use Hello Elementor along with WPLMS plugins included in the bundle and it works great.
thanks for the information. Some features are not available while using Astra such as Hide Course from Directory, Skip Product/Cart. Also button to collapse the section of curriculum (https://jmp.sh/HZXmyORk) is not available with Astra.

And the titles don’t fit in the page, there are 2 columns that overlap (right have white on white). I was under the impression this theme was developed mobile-first, but it doesn’t even seem to be mobile-friendly. We have tried on several phones (android, iphone).
Is this is a bug that is still present if we purchase the theme?

Thank you for your reply. Now it looks much better, but I still see some issues:
1) In the home page, I should be able to only scroll down, but I can also scroll to the right a little bit, appaering a whitw column to the right.
2) When I open the hamburger menu, then scroll down the main page content and then scroll back up to the top, sometimes I see that there are 2 crosses, instead if 1 to close the menu, and if I close it, the main title is cut in half

A university needs a website with standard sections, including a prominent “News” or “Articles” section on the homepage, a menu listing all study programs and courses, and subpages typically found on university websites, along with an integrated LMS. Does this theme include a news or announcements section on the homepage? If not, is this theme intended to serve only as an LMS, to be used alongside a separate education or university theme?
We have News and Posts/Articles. Yes all this is available. This is a complete suite with modules. like Attendance, Classes/batches, Discussion groups and more.
I bought a license years ago and never worked out the project I was going for… that domain is not even available anymore. Can I de-register for a new registered domain? How do I do that?

I am want to pay for “WPLMS Parent User addon”, is it safe? Is it still receiving support because, is being months going to a year since its last update. And while getting the addon listed above do I need any other addon or will that do for Parents/Guardian to see and monitor how their child/children are doing on the platform?

If you are using Elementor header plugin then you do not need to load CSS and javasscript of existing WPLMS theme. This is by default disabled but if you plan to use Elementor header via Elementor pro or third party plugin, you can enable it, it reduces the default load size of the styles and scripts from the theme.
I sent a very detailed message to ask for solution and you guys responded ” LearningCenter demo should setup without any issues.” very disappointed.
And the solution you provide for login shortcode in elementor is not working and following to this link. “http://span%20class=vibebp-loginlogin/span%20”. most of the link mentioned in theme for help are dead links. I have a very short time to complete my website and it is not even importing pages and demo.

Is it possible to shorten the numbers of clicks necesary to view a video class? The installation wizard went well after many ajax errors. I had to manually install and activate the plugins causing the errors. But, those three pages didn’t install or were not created. Please, what do I do?
You can import the profile templates manually, use this link. The certificate page is a blank page with certificate page template which needs to be set at WP admin – WPLMS – course manager – fallback certificate page. Try re-setting up, Learning center demo should install fine. Connect at wplms.ticksy.com for more details.
Please the two json data on the link you sent are they Member Card and Member Profile? Because I am seeing; Learning Center profile and Academy Profile layout respectively. Should I then use the names on the link you sent or Member Card and Member Profile to create the page before importing the JSON data.
Also, for the fallback certificate page, should I just create an empty page and pull/set it in WPLMS – Course Manager >> and the WPLMS will generate the template automatically?

yes, already tried. issue is with vibe-bbb itself. BigBlueButton and vibe-bbb together are not activating. Only one is activating. when trying to activate other, it says “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
Plugin Bigbluebutton is not required for vibe-bbb , only for wplms-bbb. Vibe BBB is a complete package . I added this note on the downloads link to avoid confusion.

hi team, please pay attention! user login redirection stopped all of sudden. after login, user is redirected to home page while wp-admin>lms>settings>User Login & Registration Settings is already set to dashboard page and it was working till few days back.
Thanks for sharing, checking this. You can also follow an alternate strategy of a. Removing global login which automatically directs user to Dashboard page. OR b. using WP Login, logging the user into wordpress and using the wp login redirect.

The basic LMS we offer ha a lot of features, many of the features included free are paid in our competing plugins/themes, like Front end course creation, assignments etc. Specialised addons to LMS like the parent addon is not part of the package and has to be purchased from this link, see video in the link.
