This seems to be a GREAT theme. My Question before I buy is: Is there a way that instructors can teach live classes? Is there a plug in that can be used if not? Like Google+ hangouts, etc? I love the theme, but I would like for the instructor to have the chance to teach live as well.

You can find similar resolved issues in our forums.
Here’s a quick check of settings, you may want to check :
1. Make sure you’ve create a page with Start Course Page template
2. Connect this page in Options Panel -> Course Manager -> Start Course page.

We haven’t tested it but if it is compatible with WooCommerce then it should be compatible with WPLMS.

Can I make advance quizzes like in LearnDash and link them to the courses?
Can I sell by lesson beside selling the whole course?
Can I embed articulate lesson with articulate player in full screen mode?

2. We haven’t tested it with wpachievements plugin.
3. Yes, theme comes with its own quiz module.
4. You can create Free lessons but there is no option to sell lessons individually.
5. We haven’t tested this but this is in our feature list.
Hi, it look a really good theme but when i want to install it i have “Are you sure you want to do this ?”
So i install the theme by FTP but then i have a LOT of problems : > The import failed (no pages, no posts) > No link to buddypress profil (404) > No Courses…
I install it on a new wp installation no plugins no other themes,....

The Demo’s are running on WP 3.8.1. We’re developing on MAMP and XAMPP, so ideally there should not be any problems if you’re installing on a test area. Boxed layout as such is not given the theme currently, but it can be implemented with some CSS. Create a forum thread and I’ll show you how, you can do it.
Just a suggestion, add keyword tag “course management” so that more folks can find this awesome theme when using the themeforest search!

Hi Mr.Vibe, I saw the features list.Its great.Suggestion: Teacher can offer 2-3 first topics for free to give the feel of how the training would be.if the learner likes it he can pay for the training and get the access for the entire content Ideally this is mix of both free and Payment for the training.Payment only for certain topics..I felt it would be great addition for marketing.
Learner can add the course to watch list or favorites.
1. Free Units is supported in the theme.
2. Favorite is a good suggestion.

There is a sidebar manager in options panel using which you can create unlimited sidebars. Simply create a sidebar and connect it to the Menu where you want the Mega menu. Refer the documentation for more.

Currently No, but It is in our feature list.

Yes, you can log into the instructor demo and create a free course. The Instructor demo controls are given on the front page.

Yes. The slider used is Layerslider which comes packed in the WPLMS bundle, you can use any size of slider in the theme.

1. Yes. Courses can support multiple instructors. However, only one has the powers to evaluate the quizes/courses etc.. if courses/quizzes are not on auto evaluation.
2. No, student segregation is based on courses not on instructors/teachers
3. Instructor can view statistics for her courses in the Admin panel. The Statistics show the performance of students taking her courses.

This is a buddypress+wordpress feature, you can try out different methods given in BuddyPress forums for this.
Hi – can this easily be used for in-person courses? And can you tell me how? A lot of the functions are overkill and I’m mostly interested in the in-person courses with certificates, and course history. Thx.
For in-person courses you can only use the Course curriculum , Badges and certificates. All the other social components like groups/forums are configurable and can be turned off. The workflow depends on how you want your students to interact with the site. There is also a new feature coming up in our next version: Course Events which may be useful as well.
