The new update destroyed my layout. The menu shifted to the right. No drop down menu on mobile. I have bought 3 Xstore and 2 projects were supposed to go live on 20th of this month. Also, we would recommend creating a staging site to test major updates before the production site update. It allows to avoid issues and fix them on the staging site and then move the updated version to production.

CHILD THEME CAUSING ISSUE! Guys it appears the child theme is causing errors after theme updated! Do you have an updated child theme to fix this? I turned my child theme off and now my header and menus are messed up like most others on here! I activate my child theme and the header is back to how I designed it BUT i then have the issues I mentioned before. This should have been checked before release as I am sure I am not the only one using your child theme as recommended. Please fix these update issues. One of the issues I mentioned before was turning on the Remove Query Strings from static resources in theme options, speed optimaztions. Like I asked before, can you advise what settings should be turned on in this section as I feel it is effecting certain aspects and load of the website after update and some of these options are new? IF YOU UPDATE ON HERE IT HELPS A LOT OF PEOPLE AND WILL SAVE YOU TIME IN THE LONG RUN AS MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS CHECK HERE FOR ANSWERS!
We do appreciate the new update but are getting stressed on the errors it is causing, we are only asking for this to be fixed so many of us can just get on with working on our projects. TIA

What do you recommend with regards to the child theme on such a major update. Point is that if you copy header.php from the child theme you needed to update child theme header.php according to changes from the parent theme like you do with the out of date files in woocommerce folder if you copy WooCommerce template files. Also, if you copy any core files from the framework folder instead of copying just function to the child theme it also causes issues. So, we need to check your case in mode detail to suggest to you what exactly you need to update. Go to XStore > Files Generator > remove generated file. That file includes old style but we made a lot of improvements in this version and old styles should be removed. We can’t remove previously generated styles from the clients sites automatically. So, please, follow the instructions and check your site once you removed file.

PROBLEMS AFTER LATEST UPDATE! Hi guys, I am not happy, latest theme update has made a few issues with my website. I have tried to figure it out but it appears that AJAX is having issues with static blocks loading. I have the demo Marseille loaded and now after the update the slide show on Homepage does not load, unless I turn off one of the options in the speed optimization section, then it only loads the image when i mouse over the menu! ALSO, now NONE of the SIZE GUIDE images are loading when clicking on the size guide on my products, nothing happens? Can you look into this? Also please let me know what options I should have turned on in the Speed Optimisation settings tab as I feel this is what is causing issues. I have updated theme, updated to PHP8 and cleared cache. Thanks. Also, I have changed the footer and pre footer but the 404 page is still showing the old footer, how can I change the pre footer and footer on the 404 page?

Hello, Olga! After the latest update my header is a mess. Off canvas menu has gone, the header menu is broken… I think an update should be ok but in this case is not. The site was about to be launched but now… It’s annoying. I use a child theme but for some woocoomerce extra functions and I don’t see the reason for those errors. Thank you!

Hello guys, I like your theme and purchased many licences. I do not have any question. I just want to say that I think the new demos look not good enough to publish? I do not find them quite useful or good enough.

We usually use these demos for small business. Try to give us simple but useful layouts. Pay attention to colour and fonts. (Betheme has more than 600demos but i do not use any of them. Too complicated layouts and not useful. They are elegant, but do not work.)
Every home page should be conversion optimised, has a nice lead form, focused on limited topic.

To create products carousel from the category use the Products element, choose the Slider type and add the category you would like to show products from.
Our theme comes with the Lazy loading for the images and you’ll be able to enable this option at the Speed Optimization section of Theme Options.
You’ll be able to use Mobile menu element in the desktop version of the header builder to show the hamburger icon and we have option to show 2 sections with the menus inside.
