WordPress does not allow SVG format by default. You will need to install plugin to allow this, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/ and then you’ll be able to use SVGs.

Then I investigated the issue for sometime and found that, you have override woocommerce default function ( https://d.pr/i/NgFE6s ) but you should have given a condition like this ( https://d.pr/i/VBtS6m ) to avoid any conflict.

Few quick Pre-Sales enquiries – PART II
Would appreciate, if you could please answer below queries pointwise (like earlier) with as much details as you can-
1. Can an Enquiry button (including Add to Cart) be added on few of the product pages, even if the product is In-stock.
Purpose- Whereby when any visitor clicks on the button, then, the URL (clickable), Title, image and SKU of he product be shown on that enquiry box, and once we receive the enquiry, we would immediately identify on which product customer has placed an enquiry on. By just clicking the URL, or looking at the image, as well from the SKU number.
Reason for enquiry could be – For multiple units purchase, product related or anything else.
1.b. Can a Enquiry button be added on SOLD out product pages too (other than In-stock products also). Reason – For availability query (Restock back).
2. Restock Notification (different than point 1 above)
Does this theme has the option for visitors to ask for Restock of any product by clicking on “Restock request” button (when product is Out-of-Stock). And once customer clicks that button, we at Backend, come to know, that customer has placed a restock request on specific SKU. And once, we bring the stock back, those customers will automatically get the Restock email or any other notification
3. With lots of features and plugins in your theme, can we use this on SHARED hosting plans from Godaddy and Hostgator (hosting providers).
What we need to look mainly to have your theme work on the Shared hosting.
What we need to ask these hosting providers, primarily, in order to have your theme work properly.
3.b. That is, regarding min and max limits of File upload and others.
4. Will these loads of features and plugins slows down the site on Shared hosting service plans, too much.
4.b. What requirements you suggest to have before purchasing a Hosting Plan with any Hosting service.
I mean requirements for PHP version, size and file limits, memory limit, max upload size limit and others.

1.b. Yes. I have explained in other commit that you can track the url of the page where request was submitted.
2. We don’t have such option in our theme. You will need to look for third-party plugin to implement this.
3., 4. Yes, you can if the server meets theme requirements https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements and has quick response time. Theme comes with scripts, styles, Ajax request and server response time is important to have a good site speed.

Pre-purchase question: Does this topic display product features / filters under all categories or only one? Currently, a friend has your topic and has a problem that filters are displayed in the sidebar under one specific category, but the area for that sidebar is empty under other categories. Where does it come from?

Categories display filter widgets if products of this category have the attributes that you want to filter by. For example, if products of the categories have the size attribute then you’ll see the size filter in the sidebar, if products do not have the size attribute then the size filter widget won’t appear in the sidebar.

1.b. Which other builders your theme comes pre-packed.
Means, will it include WP Bakery and Elementor also Pre-Packed with theme installation.
2. Will we get completely Free all of these 4 builders – Visual composer, WPBakery, Elementor and Yellow Pencil with this theme.
Or few selected from these.
2.a. Will those be completely free. Or just the FREE limited version with the theme installation.
2.b. Or will we get Free Pro versions of all these 4 with the theme for X months or a year or so.
Can you please clarify.
3. Which one is more powerful in terms of features and options from these 4 (above page builders).
3.b. Which one is cheaper, yet having more features.
3.c. Which one is more compatible with your theme and more updated frequently with working latest features

6. I saw “Ask a Question” block (at right side of product Title) on one of the product page from one of the Demo.
What is that actually.
Is it a Pre-built theme feature, or just a 3rd Party Plugin added with theme. And provided free of cost.
6.a. Can I see the backend of these feature, somehow.
6.b. Also, how it looks like, when someone places a query from that Ask a Question block, directly from any product page.
6.c. Will the Site Admin (owner), be able to see the URL, Title, image of that product from which the customer has placed a query, by using that Ask a Question block.

1, 1.b. No. Our theme comes bundled only with WPBakery and Elementor page builders. Visual composer is not included and Elementor Pro plugin also is not included.
2. Our theme comes bundled only with WPBakery and Elementor page builders, Yellow Pencil plugin. 2.a. WPBakery and Yellow pencil does not have free version. So, we include the version that plugin authors sell on Codecanyon. All the features are included, the only one option requires personal license is pre-built template library https://gyazo.com/5efdabfc07ff3c763f615d7a92cd4f4f This library is simple pages or sections created using available elements (that do not require any activation). In other words you’ll be able to create the same by yourself using WPBakery elements, template libarary just saves you a few mins to avoid creation and allows just import template.
2.b. We don’t have time limits for the bundled plugins. You’ll be able to get updates for the bundled plugin till you have the license of our theme.
3. Yellow pencil is not page builder, this is style editor. Visual composer is not included in our theme, so contact plugin author to get information about its features. 3.b. We do not require buying of the included page builder. Elementor plugin is free by default. If you are interested in the Elementor Pro – it’s paid plugin but it does not come bundled with our theme. Our theme supports Elementor Pro but it’s not included. 3.c. WPBakery, Elementor and Elementor Pro are compatible with our theme. We did not test theme with the Visual Composer. 3.d. I like Elementor because of its responsive settings. But may of our customers prefer WPBakery, so everything depends on personal choice. 3.e. No, you can’t mix these page builders on the same page. You can create one page using WPBakery and another page using Elementor but we don’t recommend this because using of 2 page builders will slow down your site.
4. Using Single product builder and Multiple templates of the single product builder you’ll be able to create different single product templates for the different product categories or products.
5. We developed the Single product builder to allow our users to create custom layout of the single product instead of the built-in layouts. 5.a. It’s our own builder, it’s not third-party plugin.
5.b. WPBakery and Elementor do not have single product builders. Only Elementor Pro has single product builder but Elementor Pro is paid plugin.
5.c. If you want to use built-in layouts on the single product instead of the single product builder you’ll be able to choose which only layout you want to use for every single product: global one or one of the available https://gyazo.com/91623e48e3692ca2685f496e18da3615
6. This is built-in XStore feature, it’s not the third-party plugin.

Can we create and have different sorts of Single product Page Layouts (At-a-Time), on a same Shop, for different Products (on their own Single product page).
I mean, can one Single product page has X layout, and another Single product page has Y layout, and so on… (using Theme’s In-built Buider)
Either using your Theme’s own Built-In Single product page builder, or the Default available builder.

Using v.7.2.11 and core 3.2.11. wp-admin/admin.php?page=et-panel-welcome has no user options available, just an empty area where options used to be.
