Hey guys. How on earth do we remove the information/content thats in the “DESCRIPTION” tab of the single product?? We’ve tried looking at the prebuilt static blocks, however there is no such content?

There is no option to show icon only for the active menu item. You can on/off it for the item in general, not for the active one.

3) Don’t forget to enable support of the FA icons in Theme Options > Speed optimization.
But if you want to add the icon for the active menu item ONLY – there is no such option.

Product categories inherit the shop sidebar and display only filters that applicable for that category. For example, you have category 1 with products that have colors only https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/bouquets/ , category 2 that includes products with size only https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/woman/ . So, if you add both filters to shop sidebar (filter by size and filter by color attributes) at category 1 you’ll get filter by color only http://prntscr.com/s4hb3k and at the category 2 you’ll get filter by size only http://prntscr.com/s4hah7 . Shop page (if you enable sidebar for this) will include both filters because it displays all the products: with size and color. But you can disable sidebar at the shop if you don’t want to show it https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/shop/

Please, update both: XStore theme and XStore core plugin to latest versions to fix the issue. Don’t update just theme or just plugin. If you updated theme only from the 6.2.x version to 6.3.x and did not update plugin you get this error.

Hallo! I installed the new version 2.3.1. yesterday and I am encountering several problems (all on the single product page): - product gallery slider: I cannot switch from one picture to the other (clicking on the thumbnail pics) - product gallery slider: arrows to switch to the next picture do not show - customization button of Fancy Product Designer plugin shows but no reaction when I click on it. Even when deactivating all third-party plugins, the problem still exists. I now switched back to the older version and everything is back to normal. However, I would prefer the new version since I am working with Elementor and would also like to use the “Single Product Builder” (which was deactivated as well in 2.3.1. just to make sure that it wasn’t causing the problem). Thanks for your feedback!

Did you update both theme and core plugin? Or just core plugin? Do you use child theme? Did you overwrote any files of the parent theme in the child theme? It’s difficult to help you using comments area. Please, submit topic on the support forum and answer to all these questions.

Hi, I wanted to ask you a question related to automatic theme updates . If have Xstore theme installed in the main domain and a clone (staging site) on a subdomain for testing. Do I need to buy a new licence if I use the theme in a subdomain? Can I do automatic updates on both sites (Same licence=same project)? Regards

You can use auto-update for the production site only. Autoupdate won’t work for the staging site, use FTP method to update theme/XStore core plugin on the staging site.

Hello, we need to set different headers for our WPML languages, we created several headers with multiple-headers function in header builder, but are unable to assign them to a specific language, could you guide us step by step on how to achieve this?
We tried the following: 1) Go to Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header > select conditions in “Where do you want to display your header?”
HERE WE HAVE SET “ENTIRE WEBSITE”
2) Go to Dashboard > change language http://prntscr.com/r8e100 , then open Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header. If you want to set the same header for pages on different languages you will see empty condition fields – do not delete them, because that means that their condition affects other languages, not the main one (selected via the top bar in your Dashboard), just add a new one condition and select pages.
WE DO NOT SEE THE EMPTY CONDITION FIELDS HERE
As a result, all conditions will work for all selected pages, but via the Multiple headers can be seen only conditions/pages of the current main language, and other conditions are shown as empty.
Can you guide us step by step on how to set up content in the header builder for specific languages? and maybe in the future add a condition to use wpml languages in there.
