Make sure that files are up to date https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update To translate information below go to Theme Option > Header settings (or header builder depending on what you use) and translate content for the mini-cart.

This problem could be caused by a few reasons:
1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again
2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.
You can also update the theme via FTP instead of auto update – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

I am trying to create a mega menu. I follow the instruvtions found on your support videos. The problem is that I select the megamenu from the “menu options” dropdown but when I hit save it does not save the settings. And the megamenu is not created.

After the update, the logo on every > single product page < disappeared?!? On home page, subpages and categories, however, it is normally visible. Any idea?

Thanks for suggesting! I immediately remembered why this could happen. I had a Multiheder set up for certain pages. Now I just set it to the whole site and it works great. Of course I use Child theme.

Our theme support both WPBakery and Elementor page builder. You can use any of them (just don’t mix!). So, there should not be any problem for your current site where you use WPBakery. Anyway, do the files and DB backup always before any theme or plugin update!

Yes I was looking at the same demo. Its just the 2 step add to cart that I want to bypass. Meaning, currently in the demo only if the product is selected (wishlist heart icon is visible) the add to cart button works. I want the user to be able to add to cart directly with a single tap. Is it possible to do that?
