Hi, pre-sale question. How your theme build around WPBakery can also work with Elementor? Does your theme have all WPakery widgets copies for Elementor? Is it possible to re-style your theme templates with ElementorPro?

If you want to use Elementor instead of WPBakery you can do this but then you need to build pages using Elementor from scratch because we don’t have demo content (or special elements) based on Elementor at this moment. So, you can use all the default Elementor or Elementor Pro elements or maybe additional Elementor Addons plugins to create page content.

I can’t see Menu display Location. How can i check for it?

Our theme uses header builder (Theme options > Header builder) and you can choose what menu to display in the menu element settings https://gyazo.com/7fbc3b47d05700917dde091d1ab42548 So, there is no need of the menu location because you choose by yourself where and what menu to display in header.

My support has expired, but for 5 stars:
1. How can I translate “shop now” from “best offer”? 2. How can I translate “days, hours, mins, secs” from “countdown”? 3. How can I translate “see all” from “advanced block of products”?
I use “electron01”. The fields cannot be translated from the language file, nor can they be edited (or I didn’t find how to edit them). I tried to edit them with wpbackery and directly from the page but I couldn’t find those texts.

Hi,
Just wondering why there is so many updates to this theme all the time? It is rare that an update doesn’t cause some of the website functionality to break, which in turn costs us a lot of time to fix. Are the theme releases absolutely necessary and are they being tested thoroughly because our client is very upset and blames us?
There have been 4 updates already this month….One the day after fixing an issue in the release the day before. Doesn’t seem like your testing is very good.

First of all, take our apologies if you faced any inconvenience using our theme!
As a rule, we release updates every week. Update includes:
- new settings
- improvements of the options for the existing elements
- fix of the issues if we or our clients found bugs
Before every update we post the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ You can check it before updating theme/core plugin. As a rule, we add or improve more than fix as you can see from the changelog. We do this because want to make our theme more handy and suitable for our clients. We get requests about options and implement them.
If you don’t want to get new options you may skip a few updates and update theme once a month for example instead of every week. But don’t delay a lot with updates. Some updates are important like the last one that was released the next day after the scheduled update. WooCommerce plugin released 3.9 version, our theme got 1 out of date file and we had to release a fix and unregular update to avoid problems on clients’ sites.
As a rule, clients do not get problems with regular updates if they did not customize the child theme a lot. Anyway, we always suggest creating a staging site (full copy of the production site) and test theme and core plugin update there first. If everything is ok then update production. Also, you can always contact us on the support forum to get help with theme/plugin update, it’s free of charge.

Our biggest concern is the quality of your updates, you’re only updating the theme frontend and this should really be tested thoroughly before release. I am from a project management background and I know unless you have a very big team it is very difficult to test everything to see if one fix hasn’t created a another problem somewhere else in a few days. I would suggest doing a release every two weeks when you know you can confidently release without introducing client issues.
Why don’t you schedule releases that includes security fixes and another release that has enhancements and bug fixes? Alternate them weekly, then clients don’t have to accept a release that may only have new features that clients may not need?

We always test our updates very carefully, we did not release settings if they were not tested. Sometimes improvements of some options cause issue for others but it’s very rarely. During last updates all the fixes were minor issues, except maybe font issue with the multi-headers. Also, the point is that most customers welcome and ask for regular updates if ve delay the releases. At the same time we understand that something in our updates is wrong if this became an issue for you. That’s why could you contact us using the author contact form and describe in more detail what problems during updates did you face? We would be grateful if you provide real examples with screenshots, links to pages to explain the problem and then we’ll be able to analyze the situation, to analyze what moments are related to our theme and what maybe is related to customization that conflicts with the update. Then we’ll be able to assume effective measures to avoid such situation in the future.

1) Main builder of our theme at this moment is WPBakery and demo content created using WPBakery. But our theme is compatible with the Elementor and you can use it to create page content if you need. The only moment is that you need to build page content from scratch because we don’t have pre-build pages content for the Elementor.
