Hi there. I was looking at your theme and I’m very interested, but I’d like to know first if it’s possible to share individual pics, meaning that I have a gallery of pics and I want to share just that photo not the entire gallery, so that when I add a new photo to a particular gallery the users can see it on social media and come to the website to view that particular photo. I was looking at your theme and apparently I can only share sections or pages? Could you confirm this? And is it possible to add a e-commerce plugin to the theme, if yes which would you recommend if you have tested any. Many thanks.

Thanks for interesting in our theme. 
We haven’t got an option for sharing as you’ve described – to share only one image from a gallery. We only have sharing option for all pages/sections available.
Regarding e-commerce, our theme is compatible with WooCommerce and this plugin is what we’re advising you to use.

I figured out the problem, there is another similar SOHO theme 1.6 that has not been updated by an author named mad_dog. DO NOT DOWNLOAD MAD DOGS VERSION. no support or updates whatsoever

Hi Select-Themes… the punkceo comment was mine. Apparently there are multiple versions of “SOHO.” The version by mad_dog stops at 1.6 and offers very limited support and does not include the plugins that you do.

OK, new issue. With the demo ‘contact us’ page and creating a new ‘contact_us’ page from template, I’m getting a content_top_margin box above the Title Image w/map 100px high, creating a grey blank box that I cannot find anywhere in the code to get rid of – I have nothing set for a top margin. I just want the header/title image with map to come from the top of the browser as the demo, as in say Blog Medium Large or the single full width gallery page. Hugely frustrating….thanks for your assistance.

Please paste the following CSS code into WP Admin -> Select Options -> Global Options -> Custom CSS field:

This will fix margin issue for contact page.

You can use Header Top widget areas to add additional content above the main navigation. This area can be enabled in WP Admin -> Select Options -> Header and Footer -> Header -> Show header top area. To add widgets to this area simply navigate to WP Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and drag&drop widgets to Header Top Left and Header Top Right.

Our theme supports three levels deep menu items. Meaning you can have one main menu level and two submenu levels. You can place menus in the header-top like in your example by using a text widget with manually created anchors.

This is probably a simple one, but I can’t figure it out. How do I turn off the titles from appearing in my portfolio lightbox? The titles appear in both when hovering over the photos and beneath the photo when opened in the lightbox.
Can’t see an option for it in the portfolio section.

I’ve added a photo gallery to a blog post, so that when I click on a photo it appears in the default wp lightbox. But I can’t move forward or backwards in the lightbox. No arrows or next/previous buttons appear and using my keyboard doesn’t work.
I thought this functionality was standard fare with the wp gallery now, and I’m hoping I don’t need to install a plugin like nextgen.

It’s most probably a server related issue. It might be that your WordPress memory limit and max upload size are too low. Please go through these articles and set the right values.

I added the anchor featured_props to the row for that area on the home page. I then added featured_props to the “anchor id” in the menu item I want to relate to that. It doesn’t work. What am I missing?
