Also, today I re-installed the theme and installed the agency demo content. When I edit the home page simply to remove the client listing, the autotype text as well as the category filters for my portfolio disappear – not to mention the margins between items. Why is this happening? Is it because VC just released a new version and the theme hasn’t released another version to be compatible with VC?

Hi again, sorry for all the questions, I seem to be having a lot of trouble. When editing my portfolio page, and using the portfolio template, I am unable to add any other content what so ever. In the backend editor in plain text or VC I will have content but it will not display on my live view at all. Is there any way to add content between the portfolio and header on the portfolio page? I’ve seen this done with two demos, but when I install the demo content and try to edit it, it doesn’t display. It’s ghosting !

Hi maijuko,

If you are using an old device, such as Samsung S3 with it’s native browser, you will have those problems, because that browser don’t support CSS3 and HTML5 and other technologies that Kalium uses.

Try visiting your site by Google Chrome, or Firefox on your S3 and you will see that the site appear just fine. That’s because they are updated frequently and supports latest technologies and tools that Kalium uses.

The website is for a video company and I need to tell them specifications for the 100% full width and heigh html5 video.

I see that you are using Wide Video resolution so for this use the same width and height for slider just like video has for example if the video is 16:9 then the size must be: 1066×600

This will remove the blank space from the video I hope.

Thanks Ylli, The problem is that in the front page I have 10px padding in the top but in the theme editor I put Absolute and 0px. I cannot, we are receiving visits and we don’t want them to go to the ongoing website. Give me an email and I send you an admin code and a pass.

It seems a strange issue here! So the best way is to update the Carousel Library to see if there have fixed it, the carousel is developed by some other programmers.

So here is what to do;

1. Download this file: http://drops.laborator.co/17Gy5

2. Extract it, then the extracted files move/replace in this directory:

wp-content/themes/kalium/assets/js/slick/

It should do the trick!

Would like to purchase but troubled..

Thanks for your reply Ylli. Much more of concern to me than the issues with the iphone not displaying properly is the time it takes for a support reply. Let’s say there is a serious issue (maybe after an upgrade) and my business site fails to render for days at a time, that can leave an extreme lack of confidence with my customers.

As I understand it, please correct me if I’m wrong, if on a Thursday my site crashes because of a bug, I may not receive a reply from your support for four or five days. And your support may only be asking for more info on the problem..

As much as I would like to may use of this very creative theme, it scares the hell out of me to possibly be left in the dark with a broken site for so long.

Again, if I am missing something, please let me know. I would love to buy this product. Thank you for your time, Steve

I’m sorry but we had a Eid Mubarak holiday on Friday, and on weekwnd we don’t work.

We usually reply to users max. 24 hours after they have replied to us, and sometimes it takes 2-3 hours.

That is based on volume of customers tickets that day, and the ticked complication level

P.S: We had some annoying users that bought our themes and they where very angry from the beginning, they rated us with 1 star for nothing. So if you are one of those users please don’t buy Kalium.

In the opposite, if you are customer that likes Kalium and if you have any problem from time to time, just write us and we will answer you

This is completely new bug in the theme and no one before has had this error, here is the quickfix for you:

Download it and replace in wp-content/themes/kalium/inc/

This should fix the errors.

I re-installed the Kalium theme and now my whole website is messed up. All the page content is being pushed to the top of the page and none of my portfolio items are showing up. My site is: http://www.alexander-ramsey.com/ Please help ASAP!

I figured out the problem. The plugin “UberGrid” was removing all of my Portfolio items from the page. Weird.

Its strange, they should appear normally when you add it as a blog page, if you have added them from the Visual Composer then there should be a button where you can show/hide it.

If that doesn’t work, on the product page you are viewing, click Edit Product and set this setting:

And save changes. This should work for you.
