Hi there, I can’t find anymore the support forum. Does it already exist somewhere ? I have questions about Jupiter. - To a specific responsive size of my website (ipad/tablette resolution), i can see ” hello welcome” under the icon menu in the header. What does this is doing here ? Is it possible to disable it ? - In the responsive size of jupiter, each main item menu with parent item menu get a down arrow. I have to clic on the down arrow to see the parent item menu because the main item menu doesn’t have a spécifique URL. Why, in this case, don’t you make all the main item menu line active ?

I’m having trouble with parallax areas looking right. They are quite bumpy and the background image jolts a lot. I have purchased Jupiter theme and love it, but I’m having an issue i’d like to get some help:

I’m using portfolio as you can see in the next page http://www.iceberg-kirur.co.il/%D7%A7%D7%98%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%92

the main action, filtering, isn’t working. filtering the categories, choosing between “all” and the other buttons make the page go to top and not filtering the items. every category shows all the posts.

How can I fix it?

I managed to fix it. slug name has to be in english / num. not another lang

We have installed the latest version of the theme. While installing the shop, we get the message – “Your theme (Jupiter) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” In the system status page following files are being shown as outdated: jupiter/woocommerce/checkout/cart-errors.php jupiter/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php jupiter/woocommerce/content-product.php jupiter/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php jupiter/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php

Please guide.

This problem has been fixed in just latest version we released. It is version 4.3.3

I wonder, is there a limit on how many post showing up on the list inside portfolio setting?

Page -> products -> Portfolio -> Select specific Posts

I only see 30 (but i have like 55posts) and if i search for both name/slug nothing shows up :/

I tried to submit a ticket to your support term. However the submission is rejected with error saying “Ticket description must be at least 20 characters long”

I got no alternative but have to post the question here (it’s lot more than 20 characters)

?I imported one of your demo frontpage. On the bottom their is a contact from by using the element of the visual composer.

In the form there is a field for “Website” and it is not a required field. However, when doing testing with all the other fields filled in and hit “contact Us”, the submission is rejected with indication that the “Website” field is blank.

Guys I realy need to update revolution slider to the latest version 5.
I want create a custom responsive banner and the actual revolution slider version don’t resize fonts proprietary and the latest version 5 the fonts resize properly.
So, can i update revolution slider separated?
ASAP.

There are several bugs in head.php causing 404 errors regarding the loading of the IE specific assets. See screenshot for issues and fix.

Could you please either follow up here or list these issues specifically in the changelog once this bug has been fixed, so everybody knows about this.

I can confirm this is finally fixed in 4.4.2. Was not listed in the changelog so consider this comment informational for other users.
