Unfortunately I can not register the theme because it allows me to log in even if I change the password have the same problem. I can not even register the product by logging on social networks or inserting my key. Then I wonder why if I change my name to the folder of the theme and the theme of child, the child theme is not working. To have a child theme I must to install the theme with the name “Jupiter”? i’m using Jupiter. Now always shows the message that i have to update visual composer. But if i go to Appearance i can see “install plugin”? Why this is gone? I use Wordpress 4.3 and latest Jupiter Version (today version)

Im having trouble on google webmaster tools with jupiter 4.3.2. In structured data I got error Missing: name in the old version of jupiter there were no errors on missing: name. Now almost all of my pages got this error how can we fixed this error its frustrating

I saw one other comment mention this, but parallax backgrounds do not work properly in Chrome. If I load some of my pages, or even http://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/parallax-page/, the background image generally does not show up at all.
As mentioned in that other comment, setting “Cover whole background” to ON and “Enable Parallax background” to OFF makes the image appear, but you still can’t adjust the 3D speed factor.
I’m using the latest version of Chrome.

Hi,
We have good news about parallaxes. in Jupiter V5 we will have a new approach which will highly improve parallaxes. Right now its working in the same manner as the rest of the market define how it should work; Currently we are animating background position but in v5 we will do this with a layer moving using css3 translate which happens in GPU.
Stay tuned for this and let me know if you want more clarification or want to discuss this further.

Guess I’ll just have to do a manual mysql update to the post meta 
(that is unless you have them serialized in which case i’ll cry xD)
Not really comfortable for existing sites that upgrade to your theme to not have this option.

Yes you need to make a sql query to update all of them in once. the option is in post meta with “_layout” meta key. its not serialized.
you should query and find all posts that post type is “page” and then in the loop execute below function :
update_post_meta( $id, ‘_layout’, ‘right’ );

you are doing alt= $item_title. Please do instead something in the lines if(!empty($image_alt)) echo $image_alt; else echo $image_title
You can ofcourse complicate that and do something like: if(!empty($image_alt)) echo $image_alt; else(!empty($image_title) echo $image_title; //image title is currently VC field “Item Title” else echo $real_image_title;
The thing is, you have here http://demos.artbees.net/jupiter/shortcodes/image-box/ design elements “WITH NO DESCRIPTION AND TITLE”. Images would have no alt tag in this design scenario.

Hi, I tried to open a ticket on the support system, but there’s a bug. I keep getting an error saying “Ticket description must be at least 20 characters long” when my description is much longer than that.
Anyway, here’s my question: I was just wondering if you guys removed the option to use Visual Composer within the Edge slider? I seem to remember that it used to be possible to add VC elements to individual Edge slides, then you could display those slides as an Edge One Pager. Now, it looks like the only options for individual Edge slides are in the page options below the main editor. Is this accurate, or is it still possible to set up Edge slides with VC elements in them? Thanks!
It is possible to use it but we suggest that you do not. If you insist, please go to Main dashboard Menu > Visual Composer and enable it for Edge Slideshow post type.

Hi, I’m using the edge slider and wondering why buttons don’t have the option to link to a website in a new window. Open link in “blank page” I think this should be basic functionality. Please make this possible in an update as this question pops up 6 months ago also. Or is there a workaround. You support team says no. Yeah if you pay for it. Again I think open a link in a new window is basic functionality in my opinion. Look a the salient theme.

I just found out that your so-called guide on that url from above is incorrect so removing the page-title section will never work this way. The parent functions.php is loaded after the child theme, so you will have to queue child function before parent function is called and remove it in there (lower priority than default – 10).

It would be helpful if you can upload the newest version on Themeforest and update your changelog at the same time next time, especially in case of multiple updates after each other.
About 1,5 hour ago your changelog already mentioned 4.3.4 however the download from the theme homepage was still at 4.3.3, which I only realised until just now. We can never know if it’s either you made a mistake with versioning or the changelog that is out of sync
Unfortunately we can not do it exactly at the same time, as after we present new version to themeforest we donno when they will confirm it and publish it. The other case will be that release notes are not updated but when downloading you will see new version.

I have questions about Jupiter. - To a specific responsive size of my website (ipad/tablette resolution), i can see ” hello welcome” under the icon menu in the header. What does this is doing here ? Is it possible to disable it ? - In the responsive size of jupiter, each main item menu with parent item menu get a down arrow. I have to clic on the down arrow to see the parent item menu because the main item menu doesn’t have a spécifique URL. Why, in this case, don’t you make all the main item menu line active ?
