Hi guys!; I purchased your theme some months ago, and some pages have been built with Visual Composer. But suddenly, some pages stopped working, the ones made with visual composer. I thought it was some update issue, but when I updated the theme nothing happened to those pages. Visual Composer user page does not provide much support for non-clients…they say we just have to wait for a theme update, or simply requires a license key. Do you have any idea on how to fix this?

Sorry about the issues you are encountering, we will release new update later today with latest VC version. However the contact page stopped being executed for some php errors which I am not able to see. So to see the errors you need to enable the WP DEBUG option in wordpress, then tell me the error you see.
To turn on WP Debug Mode, follow these steps:
1. Open wp-config.php
2. Find WP_DEBUG constant (written as define('WP_DEBUG', false);)
3. Set value to true (define('WP_DEBUG', true);) and save file.
4. Go to the same page, refresh it and you will see a PHP warning or fatal error being display. Copy the error or better send me the screenshot so I will be able to understand what kind of issue is that and will give you proper fix to it.

Hi! All the plugings are updated, but the Visual Composer one. The missing pages are built with visual composer, and when I tried to update it individually, it says there’s an error, that the update pack is not available. I browsed Visual Composer’s FAQ, and they say I have to wait for you to update the VC version on the theme…or if i want to do it individually, I need to purchase it first… Thanks!

Hi, I have bad news…somehow, the blog has stopped working too. You can have an overview of all our blog posts but when you try to access to one of them (any of them, actually), it gives back a 404 error (like this: http://estudioextramuros.com/de-novatos-en-blufair/) .
This is pretty different to what happens on the other pages, that show no error at all. But I don’t know what or why this is happening now. Any idea?

Hi, I want to start a new blog based on Kalium theme. This blog is http://www.cleversimplicity.com/ I have writed the first post for testing purposes, but I see two issues: 1. I see no distance between calendar icon and the date, respectivelly between file icon and category name 2. If you click this post http://www.cleversimplicity.com/5-reasons-why-is-archimate-the-best-visual-language/ , the text of the post is ouside border on the right side.
I have tested it with different browsers, on PC and tablet, but issues are everywhere.
Could you help me how to solve these issues?

2— You are using an old version of our theme (1.5.1) and the latest version for the moment is (1.5.2 ), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

We’re happy to hear these kind words from customers like you.
1. Because the posts are loading with AJAX, thats why it takes so much time to load those posts. In earlier versions of Visual Composer there was no waiting time for posts to be loaded, but they have removed that feature, so now all posts load with masonry, I’ve been trying for many minutes to see if they support showing posts directly but I think this is not available
Instead you can use our own “Blog posts” widget, located here: http://drops.laborator.co/12izG
2. You can adjust the design of the post page but not as you want, you can edit the theme files and add/remove any element from it but you cannot add elements from the Visual Composer to the post page.
3. If you’re using a translation plugin simply search for theme strings and find/replace the Newer Post and translate them, if you’re not using a translation plugin then the Loco Translate is a great plugin for translations.

Hi! We recently purchased this nice and clean theme and really like it. However, when I go to the “install plugins” section the version-checker says, that “Required version is: 1.6”. But the envato toolkit (1.7.3) doesn’t show an update available. Wordpress says, that Layer Slider and Visual Composer are out of date, but the theme’s plugin manager doesn’t. I guess this is related to the first issue? Thanks!

Sorry for inconvenience, but the version 1.6 of Kalium is on it’s Alpha stage, we are still making some changes, fixing bugs and adding some new features until it’s ready for the release.
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.
WPBakery Visual Composer don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that.
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

Congratulations for your excellent work with the Kalium Theme. We recently bought this theme and we have some questions we would like to see clarified:
1. The images placed in this portfolio (http://bfj.pt/wp/blog/portfolio/escola-secundaria-domingos-sequeira/) have an excessive size for what we would like. In fact we would like that the size of the images placed in the portfolio have the real size (100%). We configured them with a fixed height, varying only the width. This portfolio seems to fit all images taking a fixed width and varying height, which requires who enters porfolio having to make a vertical scroll to see photos, which is not at all the desired. Can we change this?
2. Another issue still related with this portfolio is that we can´t change the order of the elements “text” and “images”, we would like the images appears first and the text below. How do we do that?
3. In other portfolio page (http://bfj.pt/wp/blog/portfolio/escola-de-aviacao-aerocondor/) we have a question similar to the first, the images are stretched to the full size of the screen and we would like, once again, they had the size we attribute to it. It´s possible?
4. We would also like to know if we can change the arrows (which pass one image to another) for a specific. We would always apply the arrows provided in the first portfolio (http://bfj.pt/wp/blog/portfolio/escola-secundaria-domingos-sequeira/) to all portfolios. Is there way to do that?

It’s possible to change that?
4. We would like to know if it’s possible the “next and previous arrows” (which makes switch images) be changed. We like the arrows of the first portfolio (http://bfj.pt/wp/blog/portfolio/escola-secundaria-domingos-sequeira/) and we like to apply these “next and previous arrows” in other portfolios, for example in this case: http://bfj.pt/wp/blog/portfolio/escola-de-aviacao-aerocondor/. It’s possible do that or the type of arrows are standard on the portfolio in which we are working?

3. Hmm, as much as I understood you want when the image opens the content in the background to be hidden or removed, so the only way to do this is to set the background color around the image to blank white/black and you won’t see it background elements.
4. Unfortunately that is not possible, the arrows change depending on the portfolio type you’ve selected and selecting them manually is not possible.
