About language, there are 2 important steps to do:

a. Add the spanish po and mo from theme pack to wpresidence/languages folder (via FTP)

b. Set the language of wordpress to spanish from Admin – Settings – Language.

If you wish us to check what you did, please give us FTP and wp-admin in the private support system.

Also, that spanish mo and po from client may be outdated and in the wpresidence.po (latest) there could be new words. The spanish po would need to be updated as well to include these new words. If you wish us to help with that as well, please let us know in the ticket.

You can ask me questions based on the setup and you can confirm if it’s what you wish or not. I have already explained how it works, but if it’s not clear, I recommend to do the test directly.

5) Im not looking to have the contact form on the footer, what I wouod like is the contact form that goes in the property’s info page have the same design as the one shown in the example above. Meaning that instead of having the email, name and subject fields one above of the other, i would like them to be next to each other like in a single row. Would that be possible?

For header options, you have global header settings (for all pages and posts) and custom header settings (per post/property/page).

Header Image

Or none.

So you can choose any of these.

From what I see in front end it seems you changed categories/actions names, which is very good. But after such edit you must add the pin for that combination as well. That’s missing. Pins are added in theme options – pin management – http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/pinsedit2

Demo pins are in theme pack.

Looking at the website – I am not sure why your map opens the pin on homepage. I assume you haven’t set up homepage yet. You can do that from settings – reading: http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/home_page

Unfortunately I don’t understand what you mean by “the post go to the first page again”.

I assume it would be related to Featured Property, which would be first in properties lists always (not necessarily homepage).

If I am correct, I am afraid is not something we offer. What we have is described below.

The possibility to mark x number of properties published as featured is something offered with a membership package. If package expires, published listing expires (and automatically the listing will not be published on the site at all). If user renews package or upgrades package he can resubmit the same property and then listing can be activated again. If it’s featured, when activated again, this listing would show in first listings.

Featured Listings are ordered first in list always and if you have more than 1 featured, they are ordered by publish date.

What you need would require the entire membership is re-coded to include such an option. It’s not an easy change I am afraid.

We already have a solution to short titles to a fixed number of characters. In property unit is set to 44 characters.

In some cases (like caps titles) this may not be enough. You can try this css solution to increase property unit height:

.property_listing { height: 390px; }

If you wish to modify the number of characters in property unit from 44 to less, let me know and will tell you the code.

In the standard licence it states: “Use in a free end product (more than one end user allowed)”

Does this mean you can use this theme for your OWN websites (more than one)? As long as you don’t sell it to anyone else, or use it in a end product that you intend to sell?

-> This means something else. That you can have as many users using your website with this theme. But you can only have 1 license/ 1 domain. You can confirm with Envato Support if you wish, but that’s what I know.

For example: If you have a real estate agency in more than one city, but still want each one to function separate in its own domain.

—> That would require a license per domain I am afraid. Theme Forest doesn’t have any price for unlimited licenses for unlimited domains.

Please see below:

I checked your files – not sure I understand – but I still need to keep the ft for inside the homes. Home size is in square feet and lot size is in acres – if we change to acre then we still have a problem for the 0.5 acres – a lot of lot sizes are less than an acre.

-> Ok, then you need to change in code the measurement for the field you wish to show in acres.

In “Property Details” the “Size” below price should stay in square ft because that is the size of the home – then on the right of “Size” here is “Lot Size” – this one should be in acres (at least for us in the US) and allow coma so we can show less than an acre: 0.50 acres

—> So you need to change only Property Lot size measurement. That would be property_lot_size as field name in code (to change number format as explained above). And change in these files to modify default field measurement

compare_listings.php – compare page libs/listing_functions.php – front end page libs/property.php – admin edit property page templates/submit_templates/ – submit form

May be add several options for the Lot size like Acres – hectares for different countries and again, with the option of separating with a dot or coma.

—> This is something I couldn’t promise we could do. But adding number to support decimals is something we will look into for sure.

BTW is there a way to know which files are updated? Because I changed a lot of things in several files which are in my child theme so that would be great if we know which files we need to update – with a bit of luck none of the one I changed will need to be updated…

—> Unfortunately when we do big releases we work on large new features that imply modifying several files andi lines of code. If we didn’t work on such large features, it would be ok to give files names and code lines. But in this case we could not. Best is to keep changes in child theme so in case you need to review something you modified to be compatible with new theme version you can easily find your code and adapt it.
