Thanks for the reply! I have another concern about the woocomcerce checkout, Because I didn’t see in the demos about how woocomerce checkout deals with the equipments extras when booking a car and about the taxes. Is there a way for me to see that in action? I don’t want to have the problem that when I am calculating taxes with woocomerce the extras equipments selected could be ignored at checkout. I am asking you this because i already tested another booking theme with this issue.

I have some questions before deciding to buy it.
1 – Is it possible to use it showing tours with no booking options? ( so just show to visitors places that can visits but not to book them or pay something )

I hate to post it here but there is almost no response on their support system. I have a problem with search function for hotel, tour (and may be other as well. I don’t know because I’m not using other search). I have posted on theire support system (http://support.shinetheme.com/forums/topic/tour-search-is-not-working/page/2/). It is now two weeks and my problem isn’t solved yet. I’m on the half way to finish my website, I have provided all required informations. Now, have to wait them to fix it by doing noting. Now is a high season for travel business in here and they kept me waiting. I need a running website urgently and my website is full of errors. I bought this theme two months ago and it is still messing up!!

More Observations:
After guest has filled in details on the room booking page and clicks PAY BY PAYPAL, The next page asks to Log in or Sign In but the form fields are empty. The form from the previous page should retain all the details without asking the guest to supply them all over again.

I am ready to buy your Traveler booking product but first I have the following concerns:
(1) Tax percentage only allows whole numbers and not decimals (eg. 16%, 17%). What happens if a hotel charges tax at
16.5%, or 16.25%? Is that hotel being forced to either overcharge guests or rob itself?
(2) A second fixed tax type (not percentage) needs to be added because some hotels charge a fixed amount (eg. $2 per
room, per night) IN ADDITION to the percentage sales tax.
(3) Every time Currency is selected or a search is performed, “USERS SEEING THIS HOTEL” and “MOST RECENT BOOKING”
popups appear. These should only be seen once per session. (cookies?)
(4) Needed: a hotel Checkin/Checkout time field for each hotel to let guests know the checkin and checkout hours of
the hotel. (no, I don’t mean Checkin/Checkout Datepicker).
(5) Has the Currency decimal separator option been removed in Version 1.1.8? (see Demo

Yes, you are misunderstanding me on some points. (1) Tax percentage needs to be less restrictive. The hospitality industry in my country charges general tax of 16.5% as well as (2) a fixed amount of tax per room per night. You say you don’t support this now – please tell me what version will have these implemented. (3) “USERS SEEING THIS HOTEL” and “MOST RECENT BOOKING” popups must be shown only once per session, instead of every time the page reloads (for example it shows every time the currency is changed). (4) I see you have added a hotel Checkin/Checkout time, but is it not possible to set it like: Checkin 2:00 pm, Checkout 12:00 pm? All the hotels in your demo have: Check In time: 12:00 pm, Check Out time: 12:00 pm. I will leave the other issues for next time. I have been ready to buy your product for 3 months now but…

On the tab : Price Settings (on Activity Settings), I can mention an “Activity external booking”. So how I can show this on the default layout ? I don’t want to put it on the owner description, I want that the booking Now button redirect to this external link. Is that possible ?
