This is somehow supported but you need to have Columned portfolio type because it supports featured image on top.

1. To hide project title on the page I need to see the URL of that page, so I can give you the correct CSS to hide it.
2. Please try to update the Visual Composer to latest version, as we have released the new update of Kalium v1.7.2 with latest VC version by going to Appearance > Install Plugins, this way should work. Make sure you have latest version of Kalium because this issue was reported as fixed, there are sometime cases that this is blocked in frontend however mostly works.
3. To change the order of items in gallery, just drag them in title bar:

4. This is available only on Fullscreen Portfolio item type, but doesn’t allow to have content below that. We are trying to figure out new ways to implement new types of portfolio presentations, but currently this is not supported.

There are plenty of portfolio types variations (50+) so it is impossible for us to create a video for each one of them. Basically there are 5 types of portfolio pages, all of them have intuitive way of setting up by letting you to know what are you doing.
Most of the users have found it very easy and even UI experts that purchased our theme, rated it to the highest level of flexibility (if you don’t believe here is the review of Visual Composer developer)
1. Do not use a global .section h1 { display: none; } if you have put it global Custom CSS, because there are other section > h1 titles that will hide. To hide specific element from a single page, add custom css in Page Options > Custom CSS of that page metabox, this way will not have any impact on other pages.
2. In the email you have sent us there is no URL to your site so I cannot login to your wp and test this issue. We strongly recommend to use Visual Composer Backend Editor, all the demos we make we do them in backend. Its more professional way I know you may want to do it in frontend, but these problems are related to Visual Composer not our theme. I suggest you to test it with another theme and see if it works.
3. This is directly connected to ordering, you can insert an Image, then insert a Quote Text, this way it you create the flow of the items displayed in that page:

4. I am not sure about this one but can you please try to edit row and in Extra Class field add this class full-width-container see if it has any impact. It would help me a lot to have your url to test it in real case.

2. There is an error being generated in the backend side via AJAX: http://drops.laborator.co/160B9See that 404 not found error, that disables the functionality. It can be related to the theme and plugin but its very hard to detect where the issue is exactly happening. So in these cases try using Backend Editor as there is no solution for the frontend (at least till VC releases new update).
Even if switch to another theme (Twenty Fifteen) it still not works and continues loading, I think that this issue is related to any of plugins you are using!! Weird, this does not happen to other clients
3. That is “Advanced Custom Fields” functionality, there you can only put text, if you want I can make the Text Quote to execute the Visual Composer Shortcodes for you, but the visual editor is not possible to be assigned, what you can do is to create a sample page where you can create the visual composer structure, then copy that shortcode to Quote Text field.
4. I wasn’t able to test this because of “never ending” loading of Visual Composer, I tried deactivating few plugins but no luck. Can you please have a look at the plugins and see if you can find a solution about it.

4. You can test it with the Backend editor. it´s what I do to see the changes. Just do not touch the Frontend option to avoid a crash. Save the changes and click preview button.

Sorry for the delay of response I wasn’t able to provide support normally this week so today I just got back.
As for 2. issue, its very weird, I’ve tried the same but it didn’t worked! I think that there is the problem with hosting or something like that. Because admin-ajax.php is present in your site! What I suggest you is to copy your entire site in local host or anywhere else just to see if it works. If so, then the problem is to the hosting environment and for this you need to contact hosting provider to solve these issues.
3. Sure, download this file http://drops.laborator.co/18wI5+ and replace it in kalium/tpls/ folder.
But wait, before we proceed with 2 and 4 can you please remove this:

1. The CSS I gave you did it worked?
2. I cannot give you a concise solution till the .htaccess is resolved. You need to completely delete any .htaccess in your site because it is causing invalid errors on pages that always exists. This doesn’t happen in other clients sites, that is weird.
After you remove the .htaccess clear cookies and see if its resolved. Then go to Settings > PErmalinks and click Save.
3. Don’t worry this feature will be supported in next versions of Kalium as well.
4. I am going to add a feature for this to support, once I finish it I will let you know, so then you can just have full container width in portfolio item pages as well. For this I am going to work on weekend.
5. I’ve checked the value in Typography and the url is: public_html/Fonts/Webfonts/Galano Grotesque Webfont so you need to provide the valid font url, it should be a .css format, and full url to that path.

3. Yes that is correct, the file I gave to you adds the functionality of VC composer elements to be parsed in Quote element of this page.You need to create them first in WordPress editor, then copy the Text shortcode and paste in this field.
4. I’ve not modified the code for this, we have released new update for our theme neon and now I will keep working on Kalium.
Will add this feature for portfolio items to stretch row to fullwidth.

Ok. Forgot what I said on 1. There was a limitation to access php from non-hispanic countries, that´s why you got this error (here in Spain we don´t get this ajax error). Now you should be able to access without problem, as there is no more restrictions.

1. Wow that worked fine, now I am able to edit pages freely. So Visual Composer no longer generates those errors, I was able to create a page with front-end editor (this page http://www.tontcho.es/page-created-with-frontend-editor/ ) but adding some widgets was not supported for example Blog Posts widget, those should be added in the backend.
3. Sure i can give you this file again: Download it here:
http://drops.laborator.co/GUaz+Replace it in kalium/tpls/ folder. Then when you copy and paste shortcodes in that field it will render the content.
I hope that finally things got fixed and the new update of Kalium will make your site fully stable.

Hi. I’m getting few errors in the admin page (as reported on console) due to failure on loading a css file. It’s weird issue, I’ve never seen anybody encountering it!
To just disable it, open functions.php on line 60 just delete the import line, this will remove that error.

It’s a great theme. Period. However I have a question regarding Revolution SLider. Your theme seems to includes some free presets Of Rev SLider. How can I load them? I tried to load them but it fails since it’s looking for .zip file. And it’s nowhere to be found…only the unzipped ones are. Thx

What I mean is the Revolution Slider Templates (accessed through Add Slider Template in Rev Slider Setting). I can see that the templates are located in the Imports folder but Why can’t I load them? Could you please tell me how?
I have two more questions regarding Rev Slider. First is about the white space above the Rev Slider in my page. As you can see in southxeast.com. How to get rid of that white space, as it is not appear in your demo. Secondly, about the fonts in Rev Slider, is there a way that the text I add to Rev Slider Layer follows what I have determined for the whole site? Thanks for your support.

1— They are not our templates, they are templates from Revolution Slider, and they require to buy RevSlider in order to take them.
2— That is coming from Visual Composer, if you want to fix that from Custom CSS you can add this code:

3— RevSlider requires you to add the font url, from the Global Settings button.

2. When you’re in the third thumbnail image it will automatically scroll to the next images, there is no other way to show them or add an arrow there.
