I want to buy your theme, but I have found one problem. I made some test on my friend’s copy and I see there is UTF-8 is not working correct on mobile.
I tried to use “Google fonts” that support Lithuanian letters and it looks fine on desktop, but when I go on mobile I see squares instead those letters. I tried to change fonts and there is only “safe fonts” is working fine. Can you tell me is it possible to fix the problem with Google fonts?

I find out that problem is only with Internet explorer browser, mobile and desktop. But question still the same, is it possible to make Google fonts work fine on internet explorer browser?
In the place that you want to select the Google Font you need to set the character code set on the extended option there. If the font supports that it will show.

I have a problem with revolution slider. Im using header styles 4 and i make the header transparent then i put my revolution slider on the page with full-screen. But there is a big gap after the slider. Where can i remove the gap? I just want my page full screen i dont want it can scrolling down.

can i use my own visual composer, or do i need to use the one provided by the theme ? What are the differences ? and when will you update the provided one with the latest version ?
You need to use the Modified version we provide with the theme. Regarding the update you will need to wait till we release an update of modified version for Visual Composer. As normal release updates may not be compatible with our shortcodes. Always keep up with our release to make sure every thing will work ok.

Hi Artbees,
Im very happy with the template! Only i got one problem, i cant see the button or use it anymore.
When u edit a page and go look at the page there was a button in the topbar with ’’ edit with visual composer ’’ a front end editor.
Now i cant see the button anymore and that was alot easyer to work with. How can i get that back? It happened when i installed a other theme?

If you are talking about Front End editing functionality of Visual Composer, our theme had never had that feature enabled. Our shortcodes are not compatible with that functionality of Visual Composer.

Hi,
Pagespeed question again 
after a lot of work i’ve started to get some good pagespeeds on the site using your theme. One major slowing down factor seems to be typekit. Any ideas on how to best implement typekit without effecting above-the-fold content load speed.

There is no such an implementation. Adding custom fonts have it’s drawbacks, you need to make sure that in Typekit you check as little styles and fonts as possible in the collection you create.

The Header and Header Toolbar display in Marbook Pro 13”/ Safari 8 perfectly. However it has problem when viewing under Marbook Pro 15”/Safari 9

Hello the theme is really nice, congratulations. Using this theme I installed the template: Adrestea. The website that I am doing, is almost done, I just don’t like what’s on homepage. At the bottom where there are clients or partners that flow, you see much harm in responsive/mobile, how do you? There is some editing to be done via CSS? To understand it better, here’s my website: www.13quaranta.com The same is also true in the menu bar, always responsive, below I will still see the “search” option as you take off?

Was wondering how do i add the portfolio categories on the top? When I add the portfolio item in Visual Composer it will show the portfolio items but not break them down

On this demo: http://demos.artbees.net/ken/photography/ the quick contact email (bottom right) is not a way I have seen in any Jupiter demo.
Is this quick contact possible in Jupiter as well?

Quick contact form option is available in Jupiter too. But the design and pop up system differs. It is not possible to have Ken styling system over Jupiter. Those 2 themes are considered as complete different themes.

Seems your search and responsive top navigation is not working correctly. When I shrink my screen size to see the “bars” icon (navigation) it does not show the drop-down menu when clicked. Also when I click search icon nothing happens.
Have you seen this issue before?
