Regarding your first issue, have you checked if this is happening when entering any other page or it is just the homepage, the reason why it is taking some times may be the video to load and the slider on your homepage and all you can do about it is just compress the video a bit somehow with any video converter.

Second issue: I cannot see the green in hyperlinks, fullscreen menu social icons but the only place I see it is in the Google Maps on contact page, you can change that by creating your own customized pin with your skin colors and then uploading it from that page, there is a place where you can import image and use it as a pin.

1. Add this to the Custom CSS:

.contact-form input, .contact-form textarea {
    background: #F9F9F9 !important;
    border: 1px solid #CCC !important;
}

2. Unfortunately this is not possible through an option, you can do that somehow with Custom CSS but it would require you every time to target the exact links which is not recommended.

3. You can add margins, paddings and more options directly from the Visual Composer if the page you’re referring to is a page and not a portfolio or blog post.

4. Actually you can only remove a bit from the padding but they are organized in columns and that is why they are separated from each other.

Which is generally working, I haven’t seen an issue in this page. This is the way it works this sticky description.

The reason it moves up when page is at the bottom is to not overlap the footer.

So I don’t know what exactly to do here! If you have any suggestion I can take a look and try.

I think the problem is when viewing in Safari. It works fine in chrome.

You can see that the image also goes over the boarder. http://d.pr/i/1jVeL This also happens on the thumb nail view. http://d.pr/i/17bh8 This is how it looks when you get to the bottom of the page. When I scroll back up the text gets stuck behind the menu. http://d.pr/i/1dFtV

I was not able to access your site, so I am going to reply to your tickets based on the question you have made.

1. To show featured products for product carousel please set “Filter Products by Type” to this value shown here:

2. In the same window when you click edit, click that Build Query button above the field described on #1 and set the number of items you want to show, see this screenshot: http://drops.laborator.co/P0Dq

3. It depends where you want to create these frames, for example you can do this with CSS, an easy example:

.slick-slider .item-images {
    border: 2px solid #000;
}

4. Featured products can be chosen in Product Edit page, there is no other option for that. The #1 query will select those products only.

5. Product description color is based on CSS path so you should add you own Custom CSS to change that color.

6. The page structure on home has this shortcode;

So copy it and paste to your wordpress classic editor then switch the Backend Visual Composer editor and you will see the structure of content.

7. New items are defined in the order, so if you select order by DATE and set DESC order in Build Query it will show new items first.

8. Don’t understand this very well, can you please describe more precisely how you want to set this?

Should’ve browsed your comments – I figured it out now. However, there is another issue. The update added “Shop” to my menu bar, however it’s not displayed in the Menu options under Appearances. Do you know why?

Glad to hear that you fixes the issue by updating the premium plugins, specially Visual Composer.

The Shop appears on the top bar of the Wordpress only when you have the WooCoomerce installed, it is a feature that the latest version of Wordpress added, and not related to the theme.

So if you are not using shop on your site, you can deactivate that plugin.

Hi Arlind, Thanks for letting me know. I’m looking forward to the theme update next week.

I have another question about the site on mobile and ipad.

On mobile (namely iPhone 6) none of my images are loading. On my homepage (http://dev.nicethink.co/) none of the project thumbnails are loading and in each project page (such as http://dev.nicethink.co/portfolio/taste-williamsburg-greenpoint/), only text appears, but no media.

On iPad, the images load, however videos do not play. (http://dev.nicethink.co/portfolio/campfire-rit-dye/)

Please advise – as you can imagine, it’s pertinent this is resolved before we take our site live, and we’d like to do that asap!

I was able to resolve the image issue by deleting and reinstalling the theme.

However, I’m still having an issue with YouTube videos playing on both iPhone and iPads. Let me know how to fix this!

I guess there is an issue with the library we use to parse video called VideoJS so today I am going to take a deeper look at it and find the fix.
