Ok I have a more advanced question now. I have one file that is so slow to load:

This file is loaded via Database based on custom skin parameters.
Actually this /skin.css is the same as /?custom-skin=use

This is a temporary fix, if you have made this with Visual Composer please check that because this can be done with VP somewhere and don’t need custom CSS.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hello, I need to sort out a few things, see if you could give me a hand. I’ve got my client web’s finished but I have a few things to correct.
1. I don’t know why I’ve lost the underline effect an my menu and I would like to get it back. http://ritualmallorca.com/portfolio/bodas-y-eventos-en-mallorca/ 2. Also I’ve set up a bottom widged area and just in contact page it doesn’t underline neither. It’s wierd because in other sections it underlines ok. http://ritualmallorca.com/contact/3. I’m trying to set up the ‘go to top’ option in theme options and it doesn’ work… I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong…
4. I would like to know if its possible to have a top widget area with the classic static menu configuration. I’ve been trying to do it in theme options but I can’t see any changes.

2— For the moment we haven’t implemented any menu with the center logo, but we have that idea on our to-do list, and we will try to do that after 5—6 updates.

I have updated both the theme and wordpress to the latest versions, my problem now is that I am unable to reinstall the ‘visual composer’ plugin…
Appearance > install plugins I can’t do this, the ftp details fail and result in an ‘internal server issue’ error. I have tested them by installing other plugins and the ftp details work fine.
Manually uploading it via FTP When I try to manually ftp the plugin folder, I get errors saying certain files cannot be uploaded (I have tried 2 different FTP software) and when I skip these and activate the plugin it breaks the site.

Could you install the visual composer plugin for me as I am out of ideas!

Hallo there, In your wonderful Kalium theme I use gravity forms. In the preview of gravity form looks everything ok, but when I place the form on a page the checkboxes are not visible, for example of the radio button field. Can you help me out?

Just noticed that you are using an older version of Kalium, please update the theme to have this issue fixed.
I suggest you to use Ninja Forms (temporarily) because we have added support for Ninja Forms and you won’t have any issues.
In the upcoming versions we will implement Gravity Forms styles.

We just updated Kalium theme version from 1.7.2 to 1.8.2 and got a big issue with portfolio presentation.
All images on every single portfolio item are gone. When trying to edit portfolio item and pressing preview button this pops up -
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /home/vis1ble/domains/vis1ble.com/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 2503

It seems an issue with ACF plugin so I made a quick fix hopefully it will work for you:
1. Download this file: http://drops.laborator.co/1fnvY+
2. Replace it in kalium/inc/ folder.
It should fix the issue.

We uploaded your file, to kalium folder but nothing changed except that the Fatal error message is gone when trying to edit portfolio item.
Still no images showed.
Contacted server provider as well and they claimed that theme uses 256M RAM and it’s unusually a lot.

Hello Ylli,
We changed our theme version back to 1.7.2.
We are not sure what causing such a big issue after the theme was update to 1.8.2. As we said before, we contacted our server provider and they informed that the latest theme version uses 256MB of memory and it’s a lot. We got high quality images on our site as well, so probably that’s not enough memory to upload images and theme at once.
We tried to update theme to 1.8.5, but sadly issue still exists.
Hope you will solve that with your next theme update.

Beautiful theme. Bought it for one of my clients and set up with only couple little troubles. One of them being that for the first time I am seeing the theme without full control over the fonts sizes, that requires coding. Hopefully its on your to do list

Answer: Just go to your WP Dashboard > Laborator > Theme Options > Header and Menu > 2. Settings Standard Menu > untick this option “Show menu items only when clicking menu bar link” and that’s it

When I run the Demo Content Install, I’m able to install everything except for WordPress Content. The error I get is: [ErrType: xml-wp-content] and I see what seems to be a 404 page. I checked my php settings and all values exceed the amounts that your site recommends.
