Hello. I got two question as usual.
1. I thought I fixed cross origin problem with your advice. I attached a file about detail that I edited. http://image.street.co.kr/wp-content/uploads/1_cross_origin_problemBut, it doesn’t work so far. I can’t see wordpress font in internet explorer. It looks same before I edited code.
How can I fix this problem?

Other smart list applied well, but smart list 1 didn’t apply well, as you can see attached file.

Just quick note. I copied all latest version files of 6.6.4 and pasted them on top of my 6.5.1 version … but the error I get is something about wpbooster config not found in the td-api-plugin ... i cannot enter my site, lucky it’s only on localhost. Please advise. Thanks

I am not using the api so maybe that is why it has not created any wpbooster config file. I did have the api plugin installed in the earlier version of the theme. I did as outlined in update via wordpress … but will try again tomorrow and let you know what errors i encounter …

You don’t have to use the api plugin if you don’t need it. I have asked about this because it could cause issues to the theme if you have custom modifications. If your install is local, try to delete the theme first, then copy the latest version in the specific folder, so you will be sure that no old files will remain(like ftp method). And also please update the plugins that come with the theme files(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) – http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Let us know how it goes via email and provide more details about the error like I suggested above and we will try to provide some suggestions regarding it.

Hi Alin … thanks for your help. I have now simply deleted the api plugin and it seems all is working now. So I guess I will NOT need the api as I am not doing any customization. From the beginning I just thought it had to be installed : -)

I’m not sure what you mean. If you refer to a global site description in header, for example bellow the logo, unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to do this, but it could be implemented in the code. Also I will add this on our list and the developers will consider it for future, also I believe it would be nice to have this kind of spot in the header. Or do you refer to the article subtitle? The theme has an option for subtitle and it will appear on post page, but it is not implemented on modules. I want to have opportunity to set a gradient (additional option like transparent) in menu and other blocks (header, footer etc.), for example from blue to sky blue, or from yellow to green, can you make such thing in new version?

Again, awesome theme. But I’m looking at some sample sites and the megamenus don’t work on a tablet. Is there some type of alternate menu that can be shown when someone is on a tablet or phone? I couldn’t get the megamenu dropdowns to allow me to get anywhere. Thanks.

Hi,
I guess that you are referring to the link from menu items, in fact this is a default behavior for touchscreen devices. There is no hover on a touchscreen so if menu items links would work, you couldn’t access the sub-menus. Right now you touch the menu item and the sub-menu pops-up. If the link would not be blocked, it would take you to that page directly and the sub-menu will not appear.
Please provide more details if this is not what you mean. This is the default functionality of the theme navigation on touch devices, but we will think to a different implementation in future.

Sorry, I double posted somehow. Sorry I wasn’t more specific – I think I just cared about the workaround and didn’t think to be helpful to you! I’ll update this whenever I can tell WHICH demo, which browser, which device. But I was getting the dropdown with the pretty photos, and as I tried to click them, they’d disappear and make me click whatever was on the page behind it. Actually, even when they remained on screen, it still ended up clicking what was behind the megamu on the actual page a few times. I switched device a few times yesterday, but I think it was probably my Samsung 12.2” tablet running 4.4.2. But I can’t tell you anything useful yet about browsers, since I was intentionally looking at sites on both Chrome and Firefox. I’ll update if I can make it happen again consistently! It’s happened before to me on sites other that yours. It’s a megamenu thing, but when it happens, it’s pretty frustrating.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a rotating ad system, you will have to use a plugin if you need this. I saw that many users use AdRotate plugin and you can use the plugin’s shortcode in the ad spots.

I can tell you that the both themes share the same core so their functionality and performances are similar. The main differences are in designs/appearances and the content area width which slightly differs from one theme to another, newspaper’s grid width is 1068px while newsmag’s width is 1021px. One more request. After the visitor leaves a comment for a post or page (i.e., upon clicking Submit), the page gets refreshed however the visitor does not see his/her comment with a message “Awaiting approval” but rather the page gets refreshed and the comment is not shown to the user yet.
The new comment arrives into the moderation queue as expected (because all comments need approval)- all that works fine.
Is it possible to show the “awaiting moderation” message with the actual comment left by the visitor on the post/page after clicking Submit. This would allow the user to correct any wordings of the comment (while it is still pending) if needed without having resubmit the whole comment again by retyping.
Hope you understand what I’m talking about.
Let me know how do I achieve this with this theme?

Or change the module for the template were you get this error until we fix it.
