?what plugin would you suggest to hide Qode Slider, Qode Carousel and other Qode options from another admin?

We can not recommend any plugin in particular, we haven’t tested any for this purposes. You should look online for some plugin that manages user levels and capabilities/authorization.

Hi, I think the upgrade of plugin included in the theme should be more intelligent and user-friendly, many theme using an option under Appearance> Install Plugins. With two clicks you update all plugins that come with the theme.
The7 theme has solved very well.

Hi, For some reason I am having trouble supporting a ticket on your support site again. It keeps telling me the site URL is invalid no matter what I input. I have the purchase code exactly correct and I have opened tickets before, so I am not sure what the problem may be?

Try to submit a ticket without entering the site url in it’s input, that field is not mandatory, and you can include the link for your site inside the ticket content.

I love love love your theme. I am only having one problem though. (I uploaded demo content with files) When I go to edit the version the home page I want to use, I cannot tell which slider it is using. When I go into the page directly to edit, it does not appear in the VC so I am not even sure how it is attached to the page. I am using the basic Home under the creative demo. Am I just missing something obvious here?

Glad you like our work. When you go to back-end to edit your homepage, scroll down to Qode General panel, and there you will see the shortcode for your slider pasted in Layer Slider or Elated Slider shortcode http://screencast.com/t/1DAZCVEll
That is your displayed slider. Then go to Qode Slider -> Sliders, find that one in the list, click on the number of slides inside it (number all the way on the right), and then you can edit the used slides.

Demo content is taking forever to upload. First, it got stuck at 70% for 45 minutes and now it’s stuck at 60% for almost the same amount of time… What is the deal? Not a good first impression.

Note that this kind of problem is server-related, not theme issue. No, it just means that you can not buy/have more than 12 months of support at one moment. So you can not extend it to 50 months for example, 12 is maximum. But once that 12 is gone, you just need to extend the support period again, not to buy theme.

1. Could you please be a bit more specific, which configuration/element you are using? For Contact Page template, in Qode Options -> Contact Page you can disable Map Zooming on Mouse Wheel. That’s for contact page template. And if you’re using Qode Google Map element, in settings for that element when you add it on some page, you have the same option.
2. On this link you can find the answers to some most common questions regarding Bridge theme. http://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054/support Click on Show More at the bottom, and you will find the instructions on how theme labels should be translated/changed.

This is native element from Visual Composer which does not offer such an option. You can use our element called Qode Google Map, where that is included as an option. yes exactly Qode. Do I need to run it all via Wordpress or could I see via static pages. I’m not great with Wordpress but good with frontend html/css.
Please note, WP doesn’t have static pages, everything is rendered from php files at runtime.

Hi, I cant figure out my way on how to achieve this kind of header wherein theres a header background image underneath the logo and nagivation. like on this website http://www.loup-paris.fr/
I tried the “fixed header top” it lets me put a background image but the logo and navigation wont show up.
I also tried the “sticky” it lets me center the logo and navigation but it wont let me put a background image for the header only background color.
i want to achieve the exact header layout as in this website http://www.loup-paris.fr/ which also using this theme.

I manage to get that kind of header layout style.
Now my problem I want to bring the logo and navigation down, i tried a custom css and put this (using sticky header):
header.centered_logo .q_logo img { margin-top: 100px; } nav.main_menu>ul>li>a { top: 120px; }
But when i scroll the navigation they are not in the proper position.
How can correctly position the logo and navigation bar?
