We have tested theme’s wp installation file and found no issues concerning it so please double check that you’re uploading the right theme zip file as this is the most common cause of theme’s missing stylesheet notification so you have to focus on the right one which is located in full theme’s package, here is a screenshot so you can understand this better: http://screencast.com/t/qbADsr7051

If this is what you are doing already and it’s still not working please try the ftp installation method from this guide: http://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and if this still doesn’t help please address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp and ftp access and a link to this conversation so we can take a closer look at this and we will get back with an answer as soon as possible.

I have resolved the problem… For some reason the file was being installed under the upgrade folder in wordpress instead of the them folder. To fix this I just moved it from the upgrade folder to the theme folder using File Manager. Don’t know why this occurred but thank you for the assistance

Yes, this is a common issue when delivering fonts from a cdn or if they aren’t loaded from the same source. In this case, you will need to add a rule in .htaccess like this topic suggests: http://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

I’m not sure to which pinterest widget you’re referring, I believe this is it: http://screencast.com/t/v5zs6VPCcKh which i can see it’s working on my side.

The theme provides a pinterest network sharing button which seems styled different in your case: http://screencast.com/t/QSP98d33uO and this can happen due to an incompatibility with another similar plguin so you can try to disable all of your plugins except theme’s VC plguin and empty all caches then test this again.

Hi Lucian, I wrote to my host service provider and they gave me a feedback that they don’t use CDN services, so unfortunately this can’t explain the problem. This issue has been existed since I refresh wordpress and your theme. Do you have any other idea to fix this bug?

Hi,

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t provide any options which could help you achieve this. You could alter theme’s tablets appearance and layout using media queries and use your own css customizations in order to accomplish this. These types of modifications require coding knowledge so if you aren’t aware of the necessary adjustments and the methods needed for this changes we advise you to get in touch with a freelancer to help you do it becasue we cannot provide customization services at the moment. The theme doesn’t have any features that could cause this and we haven;t had any similar reports concerning this so please also check this without plugins and use the webmaster tools to re-crawl a post URL and check this. If these links where picked up by google and they do not exist anymore they should disappear form google webmaster reports in time and not affect your google rankings.

Hi,

You woudl have to use theme’s speed booster plguin or another similar plugin to move all render blocking resources to the footer ( bottom of the page ). We have provided all necessary instructions on how to achieve this in theme’s page speed guide.

Also please note that the speed booster is an optional plugin and it was designed to work only with tested plugins – http://screencast.com/t/FXXDNtqfz in case you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled, so please check System Status – http://screencast.com/t/XAYYQgfRvEC To make it work with other plugins you will have to alter the code and remove/comment this – http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh

The theme has been developed to be fast but it may still need configurations on this matter as well as basic wp and php developing knowledge so test your site using google’s page speed insights testing tool and make sure you follow the guide instructions and methods given.

We can’t offer speed customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Please make sure that you have renamed the theme right, here you can find an answer I have provided here on dahsboard and I have tested it:

- I have activate the theme from Appearance > Themes – http://screencast.com/t/3XRO2jrCz

Unfortunately by renaming the theme name, all the widgets will be removed from your sidebars and you will have to re-add and reconfigure them and we don’t have a guide/screenshots like the predefined widgets were configured sorry. Normally you should find them inactive in the Widgets area(bottom) – http://screencast.com/t/pSu5XZXK9
