Hi,
I purchase the Bridge theme about a year ago, I would like to continue the support, however I don’t need the hosting at this time, that seems to come with the $19. a month fee, would I now need to re-purchase the theme? Would this be referring to new purchases? I noticed that I have 2 weeks of support left on my account, what’s this all about. Could this be a mistake? I don’t understand. Please explain.

If you mean to disable responsiveness so the site appears on mobile devices like it does on desktop, then you can do that in Qode Options > General > Settings. Set “Responsiveness” to “No”, and then your site will appear on mobile devices like on desktop and the user will be able to zoom in to see the content. If you mean something else, please let us know. There’s an issue with the line graph, namely if you have more than a couple of fields you can’t see what the others are as the translucent values all add up and effectively become opaque. Is there a way to just style the lines and not fill in the shape? Also, is there a way to show the value at each point on the graph? If not, this is a pretty useless function.

The first change is at 1000px when the mobile menu replaces the standard menu, and then there’s another breakpoint at 768px when the number of columns in certain rows (depending on the elements and number of elements in that row) will be reduced due to screen size, and the final breakpoint for mobile at 480px.

Looking at Google Analytics statistics for many of my clients, there’s a high percentage of usage of resolution at 1440×900, so these users are caught in a spot where they are not getting the desktop experience nor mobile and things really don’t look good here. How do we handle this?

Hello,
I have a question related to the permalink and Woocommerce.
In the URL, I would like to change ”/shop” by ”/boutique”. So I created a page with : - the permalink “mysite/boutique” - the template model is Woocommerce - in the Woocommerce option, I specified this page as the “shop page”
But when I access the page “mysite/boutique” it doesn’t work, the products do not appear. But they appear if I go to mysite/shop…
Who is it possible to change the URL/permalink ?

and then going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and setting your default shop page to that page: http://screencast.com/t/wVEExN9LEL6

The actual mobile site appears very different than what Google is reading the page as (i.e. Bridge logo displaying several times, saying ‘Content is wider than the screen’, etc.)

Is it possible to set equal height for row with visual composer? If not, how can i achieve this? I’m working for few hours now but still unable to set equal height for row. And one more question. In one row i have: image and text area seperated by: 2/6 + 4/6. When i add image and text, there is always padding between columns. How can i remove padding between columns so they can stick one to another?

Hi,
Regarding setting equal heights for rows, the height of the row depends on the content that is inside it. So if you have a large image in one row, and just a few lines of text in another, for example, the rows will not be the same height, since the image takes up more space than the text.

Hi, great Theme i have some questions:
1- can we remove the header menu and the Logo from one specific page or more? so we can get a clear fullscreen page ?
2- can we do the same on a Mobile device ?
3- can we make the menu transparent on mobile device ?
I’ve tried many Css but it seams as if the theme don’t accept custom Css, although the css which i used works perfectly on other themes.
4- can we use different sliders as a fullscreen background ( one for Pc screen and the other Mobile device ) ?

Hi,
1. You can do this using either custom css or by choosing the “Landing Page” template for that page. When you use the landing page template, the page will not have a header or a footer.
2. If you would like to do this only on mobile devices, you can achieve it with some custom css. If you would like the page not to have a header on both mobile and desktop, you can choose either the “Landing Page” template, or custom css.
3. and 4. unfortunately are not options with our theme.

Hey! I have a qode slider with a video and a overlay image BUT the overlay image is repeating itself lots of times. Is there away to turn of the repeat without using custom CSS

This is the default behavior of the overlay image in the slider, since it is meant to be used for pattern images. However, you can disable this behavior by adding the following code to your custom css field in Qode Options > General:
.q_slider .carousel-inner .item .image_pattern{
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

Unfortunately this is not an option in our theme. You can only have one side area. However, you could set separate sidebars for each of your pages if you like. You can do this by creating separate custom widget areas for each sidebar, and then setting a different sidebar for each page in the “Qode Sidebar” fields in the page options: http://screencast.com/t/LIQmnMyyYx

Please note, sharing on social networks include Open Graph protocol which is defining all aspects of shared content – title, description, image etc. If those params aren’t defined in page header, sharing library will try to fetch some random data from page, which is what you are experiencing.
So, to gain more control over shared content you should use some plugin that is handling Open Graph protocol.
My question now is: can you please be more specific? I have the same problem but from your reply, I can’t tell exactly what to do. However, you must know how its works. Because I have just tried to post one of your test sites on LinkedIn and there I see both text and feature image appear.

I’m making a blog site with 4 columns that has infinity scrolling while it has a sidebar. I have tried using the latest posts element it didn’t work, tried using the masonry blog it didn’t work. Can you help please.

Unfortunately this is not an option in our theme. You can create a masonry blog list with infinite scroll and 5 columns by setting your page template to the “Blog Masonry Full Width” page template, and in Qode Options > Blog setting the “Pagination on Masonry” option to “Infinite Scroll”, however the sidebar is unavailable with the Blog Masonry Full Width template.
You can also create a blog list that displays your latest posts in 4 columns with a sidebar using the latest post shortcode, which you can set to the “Boxes” type and then choose 4 columns, and enable a sidebar on your page. But the latest posts shortcode does not have an option for infinite scroll.
