I work for a marketing company that recently bought your theme but we find some issues with the “Qode Google Map” module of Visual Composer. When we try to add more than one map (we also put each map into an accordion element) it doesn load. We try with the official Google Map Code and work perfect so I belive that it could be some issue with the theme.

If you want to use Map inside Accordion, you should use Default Visual Composer’s map element.
You can have several Qode Google maps on one page, but not inside accordions!

We have bought extended license for two included plugins (Visual Composer and Layer Slider), and we can’t give you license code because of polity and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme(you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins),
We will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait future theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if latest version exist.
You can ignore these messages about activation of these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings. Your plugin is legal, and you can use it without worries

Hi, I added one video in the main slider, it works in Chrome but not in Microsoft Edge and if I upload an mp4 file in wordpress it not works, instead .webm and .ogv files works correctly. Did you upload all three formats for your video? We recommend uploading videos in all 3 formats, in order to cover all modern browsers!

1 — Are there social icons for “Xing” and “RSS Feed” available too?
2 — There is the nice “gallery with frame” (pictures in a notebook). Is it possible to use another device (another notebook or a monitor) for this gallery too?
3 — The link “Installing a Child Theme” is not active. Where can we find the information how to install and to activate a child theme of Bridge?
4 — There is a “zoom” button in galleries, portfolio slider, etc. Is it possible to hide the “zoom” button and to deactivate the lightbox too?

Glad you like our theme, thanks. As for your questions :
1. Yes of course Just use Icon element from Visual Composer , and under font-awesome icons you’ll find these icons as well.
2. Yes, it’s possible to change it with your own photo of the same dimensions.
3. The child theme should be installed just like the main theme (which has to be installed first). No any special instruction there. You can upload bridge.zip from your WP admin -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add New, just make sure you’ve previously uploaded Bridge main theme.

4. Yes, for Image Gallery element you can disable it (set on click action to NONE http://screencast.com/t/AS0PpeUed6U ) , as well as portfolio lists (set Lightbox to NO in Portfolio List settings http://screencast.com/t/xaf8CKlp )

When it comes to using mobile touch devices, scrolling is being done by touch scrolling. You should have a small scrollbars on side, that just give an indication of where in the total document you are.

That should work, but you should no apply css or any styles for the list items there in Classic Mode, then it will disappear. These are text fields and can’t save that.

I have another question about cover boxes: is it possible to remove the link in the image? even if the link field is empty picture is linked to the self page. The issue with this is in tablet devices (at least on my android device). When I touch on the image to reveal the text the link is activated and is no longer possible to reveal the text of the other cover boxes. My idea is that if there is a link in any case only apply to the button, not in the picture.
Or asked another way: how the cover the boxes can function properly in touch devices?

Thanks for the response and help. Put # in the link field does not solve the problem because the image is still linked. Instead I made a small change in the shortcodes.php file on line 702

It works well in touches. However I do not know if it’s the best way to solve it because each update theme would have to do it again.

Yes, this change looks fine, you have removed the wrapping link around image, all good.
When updating your theme, you can either repeat this change since it’s very small, or install and activate Bridge child theme, and copy this changed shortcode functions into functions.php file of the child theme.

In Qode Options -> Header, you can set general header transparency, and in Pages -> each page -> Qode Header panel, you can set it individually for that page.

Yes, it’s possible, but when you add custom post types, you will be able to use all the shortcodes, but you would need to customize if for getting a meta fields to work as well.
