Hey,
I was wondering how to change the footer background. I went to the footer tab in qode settings and uploaded an image but it still appears to be the image from the demo.
And also for some reason when you go to the website and save the logo it save the bridge logo. How can I fix this so its the website logo.

In Qode Options -> Footer, you can set footer background image ,and there’s separate option for footer top/bottom background photo.
For your logo , make sure to upload it in all fields in Qode Options -> logo.

You can use Image Gallery (Image Grid) element from Visual Composer, or create portfolio items with Portfolio Gallery type, and import the photos using meta fields in single portfolio backend. http://screencast.com/t/HSLOCeRt7
Note that you should optimize your images as much as possible, to have a solid loading speed, since you will be using plenty of photos.

This means that you didn’t install and activate Contact Form 7 plugin before you imported demo content.
I suggest you to submit a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com , tell our support which demo you imported, and they will provide you the code for the same form like on our demo.
As for the icons, there are three icon packs included – Font Awesome Linea Icons and Elegant Icons . For some elements, like Icon With Text, you can import custom icon if you’d like.
For mobiles, you should just turn on responsiveness in Qode Options -> General -> Settings, and the site will be mobile ready. If you need some more styling for mobiles, our support will help.

Prepurchase question: On the demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge39/ the boxes at the bottom can become direct link to pages or not? (collection, contact, gallery etc). Because when I click, it’s just the image gets bigger.

Hello, I am having problems with my drag and drop in visual composer. When I want to drag the element it just stays put and the row where the element is in expands. I can not drop the element anywhere. Hope this is a quick fix

FYI, I’m using your theme in a site I’m building for a client, one section of the home requires to embed a video, of course I’m using visual composer and a text block element to embed a video from the WYSIWYG editor, but when I do that, the video renders wrapped in a contaner with this class ”.mejs-container”, which has a hight: 40px !important; on the style.min.css file, so, the video do not render well. I’m just telling you to fix that. I didn’t want to edit the theme file, so I just used a raw html block in visual composer and inserted a <video></video tag> it worked, but I think you should fix that bug. Other solution will be to copy the file in a child theme, but it seems to much for sucha tiny bug.

Hi there, great theme I just bought, but I m encountering an issue with the top header widget, every time I paste a social icon I designed on a test page through visual editor, it displays the icons edge to edge from the limit of the screen (no margin), plus the two social icon are not separated, they appear right next to the other without any margin or space, the strangest thing is that it works perfectly on header, footer or inside a page, could you help me for I d really like to use top header.

Hi, quick question. I’m using the Qode Slider and for some reason the Slide Graphic is off to the right while on Firefox browser. It’s driving me crazy trying to figure out why it’s doing that. Demo 2 is actually Original Demo, with just one difference – the header is switched to side instead of top.
So, you should import original demo, and then go to Qode Options -> Header, and set Switch to Left Menu to YES

When I click and drag my logo in the header of every page it displays a bridge logo. I looked at the source and it is hosted at demo.qode etc.. and has the file name logo_urban.png. How do I remove this? I’ve replaced all logos in the options and can’t find this in the header file? Thanks

I have a website (http://mistyriverintros.com) that is formatting perfectly in all browsers. But when it is brought up using IE9 there is a thick grey bar that goes right through the middle of it making it impossible to read anything. This is only happening on the homepage. Any assistance you can offer to help get rid of this grey bar would be appreciated.
