hii…..i bought this theme about a month ago. after installation of the theme, we are not getting a proper database support. It is not being connected to the front end properly. i have added a few products in multiple categories, but it is not displaying them in the front end. Please solve this ASAP. Hi, I am wondering if I have to manually create the menu or it will be created automatically in vertical menu?

You can add other ideas to each menu item.

Yes – i tried & tested all options.
1. I am hosting with Siteground which SuperCache feature. Even after enabling all Supercache features incl the Memcache, the site is still taking a full minute to load.
2. The Speed UP link https://github.com/GordonLesti/Lesti_Fpc does NOT work at all !!! I installed & tested the Extension but did not work.
Siteground Technical Support diagnosed the problem which is due to “SLOW QUERIES”. The site only has 6k Prods, yet taking a full minute to load.
They have said that the SQL Queries have to be optimised, this means that there is a problem with the theme.
I don’t have the funds to hire a professional developer to resolve the issue.
There is clearly a problem with the theme.
Pls refund the full amount of theme.

Hello Sir – i have opened the ticket & you once again suggested the same solution that you have said here on Comments Page.
We are going round & round in circles. You are obviously trying to avoid the issue of giving the Full Refund for a faulty Site Template !!
Even after giving Admiin & FTP Login credentials, issue is still NOT resolved !! Site is still taking a FULL Minute to load on start-up.
On that note, pls give a Full Refund.
Hi – my Magento Site with 6K prods using the SM Market theme is taking a FULL 60 Seconds to load on start-up !!
I am hosting with SiteGround. My Host Plan Specs:
4×3.0 GHz CPU Cores, CentOS, 4GB RAM, 80GB SSD
The reason for the very slow load up is due to “slow queries”. Optimising the database has not made any difference to load up speed.
I have worked with other Magento templates, but I have never experienced a slow load up speed.
There is clearly a problem with the template.
Can you pls give me full refund of the template.

Our theme uses several extensions so we have a lot of queries and JS. To speed up our theme and Magento in general please follow below instruction :
- Set up Caching at your server (APC + Memcache) – they will help a lot for optimizing Magento.
- You can install the extension to speed up your site. For example: https://github.com/GordonLesti/Lesti_Fpc This one is kinda good and compatible with our theme. But if you use it, please BACKUP your site and database before installing.

I opened different tickets , the last one “Code MTT-THEMEFOREST-QT04308Z4W ” , passed 1 mothn and hread and hardly gave me the solution , maybe I would sell for a “do not have a solution to this” but leave a customer without a clear answer gives a lot to talk about your interests.
I really like your theme, indeed, of many who saw buying this, but now I feel I made ??a mistake, maybe that does not worry them, who cares an angry customer or may not express myself well, but still, every client deserves an answer and more when it strives to be understood.
Of course, they can be quick to delete this complaint, lest they tarnish your reputation.

I have 3 questions:
1. I want to translate the “ALL PRODUCTS” tab (SM Tablisting) on the front page, but I cant seem to find it anywhere in the files. The inline translation does not work either.
2. The compare option on the “NEW ARRIVALS” page does not work. It generates a link like this: www.mysite.com/1 for all products. Comparing does work on normal magento product listing.
3. How can I make the “IMAGE BOX” and gallery on the product detail page smaller? It is way too big for my liking.

$all->title =’All Products’;
By:
$all->title = $this->__(‘All Products’);
