Dear undsgn, what kind a wonderful theme. I bought that a couple days ago and installed with your advise in the documentary.
My issue is, that if I installed the plugin “Woocommerce”, the page doesn’t work anymore. I tried to installed it without using UNCODE. Everything went fine. After activating the theme UNCODE again and the plugin runs – the page doesn’t work anymore. The way to get it back to work is – > manually rename the folder “woocommerce” via FTP to “Xwoocommerce”. After that I deinstalled the plugin.
I tried a couple ways – with your recommended link to the Plugin – I tried using my own link – no solution for that.
And then, I wanted to post that issue in your Support-Page – But I don’t have any permission – but I am signed in and had subscribed to your NL and everything you needed.
please give me an advice what to do … seems to me, that this issue is most likely a configuration problem – but maybe you as a professional will have an eye on that.

I am looking to possibly purchase this theme. So before I do so, I just wanted to confirm that it is fully wordpress compatible. Also I was looking to use the template under Uncode where the first page says “Women Winter Collection” which looks like it is set up to be a boutique website or fashion online store. Could I use this theme and run it as a blog? I love the set up and would love for my blog/website to look like that. If no, could you perhaps recommend a theme similar to this?

Yes for sure, if you have installed WordPress 4.5 (new version from today) you need to install the new theme version as you can read in the comment above.

Finally the update is up and the compatibility with WordPress 4.5 is assured.
The Visual Composer and Content Blocks, quit working, when WordPress updated to 4.5 today. My site was set for auto updates, so it’s not an install issue, but the theme quit working when WordPress did their update. Can you fix that issue fairly quickly? My site is basically blank now, after the update. So in short, the theme needs to be updated to be compatible with 4.5. Because currently it is not. I already put a ticket in your support system too.

Hi coolunuz! Verify if some media are imported in the media library, if you see some demo media this mean the import is started but your server are not able to complete the request all at once, maybe this is not compliant with the requirements. Just start the import again a few times even if generally it needs only 1 time for sure: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/server-requirements/

Hi, I have a few questions before we make the decision to use this theme, i really love this theme: 1. do you have a sample of an image in the mega menu? 2. does this theme come with a child theme? 3. also, i love how the products are shown and can be filtered when you select on something (like sneakers) here: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/shop/shop-grid/ but question is what about a subcategory for women—like women shirts or women skirts? will there be the same kind of filter? thank you!

Hi Jesusarco! This happen cause you can modify the installation WP Memory Limit, but the server is limiting you upstream (the master Memory Limit is not enough). What is wrong with this theme! It removes html now and then. I have a button in a textarea. Add href=”javascript:void 0;” but when the theme is loaded its removed! Also cannot run a simple alert in the javascript custom panel! I’ve posted a support issue!

Hi Undsgn, Is it possible to have an alternate image be shown for mobile devices when using the video header option. Just looking for a way to show an image, instead of the overlay color that takes the place of the video when viewing on a tablet or mobile phone.

Hi, i’m interested in purchasing this. Is it possible to have a gallery with mixed photos and videos? Also with the videos I would like it so the videos autoplay and then auto loop, so that I can have gif type videos but linked from vimeo rather than actual gifs.

Sorry a bit of a vague question. Is it possible to set video to auto play on load and then to auto loop?
Normally if i embed from vimeo, i set these into the code and it works. loop=1 autoplay=1
