You are using an old version of our theme (1.8.8) and the latest version for the moment is (1.8.9), please update theme first.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Very Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

Hi Team Laborator.

I have a problem with the personal color skin options of Kalium Theme. The problem is that nothing happens when I want to change the colors. I tried with the box checked too and it has absolutely no effect. The charging icon still turning, without doing any changes. I would be very grateful if you can help me fixing this.

Hello,

I updated my website today to Wordpress version 4.5 and downloaded the latest version of Kalium .

Now, i have many bugs… The pages of my site are empty (images and text) and the menu does not work on the homepage .

In addition, Visual composer plugin no longer seems to work. When I created a new page , Visual Composer is not accessible.

Can you help me please?

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Also i saw that some of your plugins are not updated, please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

That’s ok now ! It was necessary to wait half an hour to see the site works again.

About plugins, i don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins. But, when i click on “update” (for Revolution Slider ou Layer Slider for exemple), this message appears : “Vous avez la dernière version de cette extension”. It seems to be ok, but in the page “Install Required Plugins”, plugins are not updated.

I should to pay something to get the latest update (premium plugins) ?

Note: If you can’t update LayerSlider or Revolution Slider, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete LayerSlider plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again. Your current sliders will not be deleted.

Hi Ylli, it’s me again regarding the missing padding between the calendar and folder icons and its description (blog page).

I think I figured it out: it seems that Visual Composer crashes the layout when using more than the one element. Skipping from plain Wordpress WYSIWYG-editor to VC doesn’t affect the layout (in my case). However, after I added another element (e.g. horizontal line and 2nd text box; moreover I tested quite a lot of other elements) it messed up. Would be nice if Laborator could investigate this further. For the moment I have deactivated VC for blog posts.

Visual Composer don’t support the blog, or single blog pages, that why you have problems there. Anyway, i’m glad that you managed to solve the problem :)

Hi, On mobile view, when I click on the icon of facebook sharing or anyone else that makes all the content to disappear.

On the computer with chrome browser, when I stand on the sharing icons and scroll with the mouse all content and sharing icons move to the right and disappear.

I have a problem when viewing your theme on mobile devices the menu triggers when zooming in. It’s there for effects the viewing of the site. Please let me know what I do to prevent this.

Hi! Really enjoying this theme and the customizations available so far. I’ve just encountered an issue that I would really appreciate some help with. It appears as though the hamburger button animation is not completing when using the top menu on my site. It fails to varying degrees, depending on the page (e.g. http://i.imgur.com/qB3dki0.png and http://i.imgur.com/gjkXlkL.png). Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Hi i know you dont have a demo for a onepage site but is it possible to achieve in the normal way i.e adding slug to row in pagebuilder and then create a custom link in the menu? would also be great if you could add dot navigation (on the side so that users can use that or expand the menu and use the navigation.

Hello,

I appear to be having a problem with the sticky nav option. From the homepage, if you scroll the nav appears with a white background, which is what i want. But when i you du this for a specific case study (e.g. http://www.bunkercreative.co.uk/portfolio/admedo-2/) the nav is transparent. How do i make sure it is the same as it is for the homepage across the site?

Where did you set up the Sticky Menu of the homepage, in the homepage settings or in the Theme Options. The reason why I am asking is because if you’ve done it via Theme Options then the same options should apply to all the pages unless they are overwritten in any page.

It is set at the Theme options section. At the level each portfolio it is selected to inherit from theme options. This was working fine prior to the latest version update. Happy to send you login details to have a look

I purchased Kalium WP Theme and imported the demo content. Now I want to configure the Portfolio Page. My site is in French so I wish to change the portfolio category “All” into a French word. But I cannot find where “All” is. Please, could you tell me where to find this category and how to rename it. Thanks for your help.

You need to install Loco Translate plugin first.

Then too translate “All” in category filter follow the steps demonstrated here in this video tutorial:

Note that in order the translation to take effect you must set the current of your site as translate language.

Can you please try this again, because sometimes you need to click Save Settings 2-3 times.

If this doesn’t work then you need to update Kalium manually.

To do so, just go to your Downloads tab on themeforest > go to our item and click Download > then go to your downloads folder and unzip our theme > open folder that you unzipped > unzip kalium.zip > open kalium folder that you unzipped and copy all of it’s content, then go to your wordpress files, wp-content >themes > kalium paste and replace all the files that you copy-ed earlier.
