the import of the Demo Data of the “Fashion” Store did not lead to the overall impression of your online version. Here is what is missing/different:
- No language Switch in the upper right corner - Mega Menu with Icons is Missing - It says “Account” instead of “Login and Register” in the upper left corner - It says 2014 in the Footer instead 2016 - Buttons used in slider do not render as Retina images

We would include the Uber Menu for free with our theme but we are not permitted to do this because they do not provide Extended Licenses, so you must purchase it separately.
Here is the plugin page: UberMenu (MegaMenu) and for further info please use author link, UberMenu Documentation , is easy to understand.
If you use UberMenu don’t forget to disable skin,

3— This is happening because you are logged as admin, when you log-out you will see the Login and Register.

Yes, Imran, that’s what I was saying that now is partially ok, but there is still sth wrong when the title of a product consists in numbers instead of letters. Now you can see the latest added product on the website is “George Orwell’s 1984”, instead of simply “1984”, but still there is a small problem. When you click on the book to see its description, you’ll see on the Books right side widget a kind of error, that is there is no space between “George Orwell’s 1984” and the book below (“Understanding Teenagers’ Reading”). Hello I found a bug in your aurum wordpress theme. If you search for an empty string and then click on a tab in the result window(Post,Pages,Products) you got a 404 error. It’s also not working on your demo site.

I had questioned about this a month or so ago and after just doing the latest 2.9.1 update I am still not seeing the enter coupon field on the cart page. I do see some text in the source of the page but nothing is displaying. Can I have you take a look to see what might be wrong?

Hi.. nevermind. I found I had some custom css entered.. .shop .page-title {display:none;} guess I didn’t like something about the title and had not realized coupon field .. is a title??
changed my css to .page-title h1 {display:none;} all set..

In Aurum theme, which is the file that shows the attributes (book-author, language, editor, number of pages) of woocommerce product? I’m referring to the page for single book where there is the big image of the book cover, with button for purchase the item and under that there is the book details (description, additional information and reviews).

This is very strange, because we don’t have any problem with our theme. But can you please tell us what error is appearing there? Please just copy and paste the text or make a screenshot for us.

Hi, I am getting duplicate orders (like 17), I can see duplicate orders for a single purchase. But if I activate another theme it is showing the orders correctly.I have the latest theme installed. Please help.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

i want the full image to show on the catalog page, but instead it zooms in too close and it crops out some parts of the image.

you’ll see that some of the product images are not coming out in full. i tried to fix this by changing the image settings in theme options and woocommerce settings, but the result of this was that, the products on the catalog page don’t come out on the same horizontal line alignment. Some products are higher that the others and thus the name label and the price follows.
This makes the catalog page look scattered.
To be honest, the solution i will like for this is for the product images in the catalog page, to be in a frame, so that the size of the image doesn’t affect the positioning or alignment of the name and price.
I want all the names and price to be on the same straight horizontal line.
Please look into this.

In order to show full images, you can set this setting in Theme Options > Shop Settings:
You can either set large or full value, in this case full will show the original image uncropped while large will show proportionally resized image to maximum size defined by WordPress (better for page speed loading).
Hi, i have done that and it doesn’t quite solve my issue.
As you can see in the image below, the name label and prices and not aligned on the same line:

I cannot import the ‘Bookstore’ demo content for Aurum. I used Laborator to import the content. PHP limitations are all OK (green) sufficient. It keeps giving the following error (even after fresh WP install): [ErrType: xml-wp-content] Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello.
I bought a new license this theme for a new project. But I had already installed the theme on this new project. Almost everything is functioning normal. But the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin license remains disabled. I can not edit the pages you were editing.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

I have an issue which is really creating troubles and it seems it costs also conversions. It is the responsive / mobile site.
In Safari I can’t klick the plus sign or the label („add to cart“) to add the item to the cart. And in Chrome there isn’t even a plus sign to add the item to the cart.
I tested it in the Android Browser with a Galaxy S4 (Android Version 5.0.1.) and it works fine: In the Android Browser there is a plus (+) sign to add to add the item to the cart, just like on the desktop version. And it works just as it should.
So the problem seems to be on the iPhone. Is there a fix for this or do you know about this issue?
Any help will be very appreciated!

We don’t use png icons but webfonts, we use Font Awesome Icons, so if you want to change them you need to find they name, for example birthday cake and then replace with the other icon, then paste the CSS on your custom CSS with the !important Rule.
