Hello I found a bug in your aurum wordpress theme. If you search for an empty string and then click on a tab in the result window(Post,Pages,Products) you got a 404 error. It’s also not working on your demo site.

Hello,

I had questioned about this a month or so ago and after just doing the latest 2.9.1 update I am still not seeing the enter coupon field on the cart page. I do see some text in the source of the page but nothing is displaying. Can I have you take a look to see what might be wrong?

Hi.. nevermind. I found I had some custom css entered.. .shop .page-title {display:none;} guess I didn’t like something about the title and had not realized coupon field .. is a title??

changed my css to .page-title h1 {display:none;} all set..

In Aurum theme, which is the file that shows the attributes (book-author, language, editor, number of pages) of woocommerce product? I’m referring to the page for single book where there is the big image of the book cover, with button for purchase the item and under that there is the book details (description, additional information and reviews).

Do you want to edit these fields? Editing the file is not the right way to do it, the best is to create or remove the existing Attributes because adding/removing code from the files can be reset when updating the theme and you will need to re-do them every time.

I urgently need help with the Aurum theme. Having a lot of trouble installing it on wordpress and think it is corrupted. Who do I contact and what is their contact details if you cannot help me? I cannot understand why I am paying so much for a theme if there isn’t ANY support with issues like this.

This is very strange, because we don’t have any problem with our theme. But can you please tell us what error is appearing there? Please just copy and paste the text or make a screenshot for us.

You can upload screenshots on this site if you don’t know any other service.

Are you please following this procedure Aurum – Theme Installation and Demo Data Import.

Hi, I am getting duplicate orders (like 17), I can see duplicate orders for a single purchase. But if I activate another theme it is showing the orders correctly.I have the latest theme installed. Please help.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

However, i am having some issues with the product images. on the catalog page.

i want the full image to show on the catalog page, but instead it zooms in too close and it crops out some parts of the image.

I cannot import the ‘Bookstore’ demo content for Aurum. I used Laborator to import the content. PHP limitations are all OK (green) sufficient. It keeps giving the following error (even after fresh WP install): [ErrType: xml-wp-content] Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I bought a new license this theme for a new project. But I had already installed the theme on this new project. Almost everything is functioning normal. But the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin license remains disabled. I can not edit the pages you were editing.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,

You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

Regarding the other questions, you have all the settings in the UberMenu, just play with the styling and settings a bit and you will manage to add/remove the paddings.

Thanks so much for the new Aurum update. It’s awesome that you improve the theme!

I have an issue which is really creating troubles and it seems it costs also conversions. It is the responsive / mobile site.

In Safari I can’t klick the plus sign or the label („add to cart“) to add the item to the cart. And in Chrome there isn’t even a plus sign to add the item to the cart.

I tested it in the Android Browser with a Galaxy S4 (Android Version 5.0.1.) and it works fine: In the Android Browser there is a plus (+) sign to add to add the item to the cart, just like on the desktop version. And it works just as it should.

So the problem seems to be on the iPhone. Is there a fix for this or do you know about this issue?

Any help will be very appreciated!

I need them to be shown everywhere I’v installed Breadcrumb NavXT. and marked as active “Show Breadcrumb This will show current path of the page. Thanks for reaching out! You are using a very old version of our theme and the latest version for the moment is (v.2.9.1), kindly update your theme to resolve the issue.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

Important:* Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

To show the full image in the product page go Laborator > Theme Options > Shop Settings and search for Product image size, there you need to type large or original

#1 i can’t choose another languages in mobile. There are 9 languages on my website. And only 3 language of them can be choosen in mobile. i even changed language switcher styles such as mobile friendly always. 2— Yes, you can use any font of Google Fonts.

I am trying to build a query for the product carousel. When I go into the category section to filter the query my current list of categories for my woocommerce products are not there and there is only the category for the demo data that I have since removed. How do I update this.
