Hi Aurum Team!
Visual composer is no longer working on my Aurum site. It tries to load but freezes to a blank page. Can you suggest a fix for this thanks. Also any changes I make to the theme CSS ie apply new skin, change logo etc are taking hours before they appear on my site. Your help would be appreciated, thanks

Now, I want to use the transparent header, but when it goes into sticky it turns white again and my header text is gone, bacause it´s also white. Also the Parallax effect from the visual composer is different from the ones I´ve seen in other websites. My Background stays stationery and the other ones scroll the picture down. I’m really new to this, but I feel like I’m getting the hang of it

To keep the transparent color always for the header only in homepage, add this Custom CSS:

}
To apply Custom CSS, on WP admin panel menu click Custom CSS link (as shown here).
As for the parallax, it is implemented from Visual Composer team, that functionality is built by that plugin and thus if you want to learn more about how it works, refer here.
Is there a way to add some kind of button or link to go to the top of the page instead of scrolling all when way back up?

Hi, For some reason the Aurum theme seems to make the woocommerce “add to cart” button disappear from product pages. I tried deactivating all the plugins, it didn’t change anything. However disabling the Aurum theme made the button reappear. Is there a fix for this? Many thanks

1— I’m very sorry but this is not possible to achieve on the centered menu. You can see that we haven’t done that on our Jewelry demo too.
2— This code fixes the problem that you wrote, so just remove the * background: cyan;* code to remove the colors.
4— Great.
5— To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc

sorry it must have been a misunderstanding.
2- The page size is not showing correctly. When it opens, the total amount is cut off and in order to see the whole price, it’s needed to move the screen. When moving the screen, the white background displays in the footer section. Please see both images attached previously.
How would I be able to adjust the screen size and the price, so that it will show correctly and fully?

Hi Guys,
I have enabled the sticky menu on mobile version BUT, the problem comes when you have a lot of submenus, the menu does not scroll down if you use the sticky menu. If you dissable sticky menu, then it works fine, but i need the sticky menu up.
Right now i disabled the sticky menu on my web, as it is the only way to navigate from a mobile device through all the submenus.

Sorry for my very late reply. I have openeed another ticket today, which is way more important to fix than this one. There you can see our site link. Bear in mind the sticky menu is not enabled anymore, because of the problem mentioned in this ticket.
To answer your question, no, i would like to have sticky menu in both, but make it scrollable in mobile.

1— As you can see on Aurum Changelog, our theme is WooCommerce 2.5.5 compatible. As for the other plugins you can decide and check if you can update them.
2— Instagram is not supported by the theme, you must use any plugin that can do that.

Hi Ylli, thanks for your reaction. My Visual Composer doesn’t work. I can’t edit the pages that I edited before with Visual Composer. How can I fix this? Also the main menu in my mobile version isn’t visible. Only if you go to the right. I have the ”Mobile Menu” check box (Appearance > Menus). After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can’t update LayerSlider, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and delete LayerSlider plugin then install it from Install Plugins page again. Your current sliders will not be deleted.

Thanks for reaching out! You are using an older version (2.8) of our theme, and the latest version that we just launched is 2.9.1. Kindly, update your theme to resolve your problem.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Important: Please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number; we normally update bundled plugins on our theme releases. So when you update the theme, bundled plugins will also be updated. We release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that.
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme. Please check this article for more information:

I have updated the theme as recommended above. However, even after the updated install it still tells me i don’t have a license for the Visual Composer

Just ignore that message of Visual Composer.
Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
As for the Layer Slider, as we have wrote on our changelog:

If i change “Log and Register” to other words, in ma language?
and in register window or if my “account panel” can i change words like “My account” to “moje konto” etc. In edit account where in border is “first name” change it to my language?

Hello. I have downloaded the Aurum theme, and want my home page to be exactly like the Aurum jewellery home page ie 4 images of not equal size all clickable leading to different products (pages). How can I edit this page? I cannot see anything other than code when I click on it, and I am unable to use Visual Composer at all, for any page which is a real pain! It simply will not load no matter what I do. I want to change the images and their related links to my own but I cannot. Please please please help me, I have tried to read about this but cannot find an answer anywhere. I have WP 4.5 and have cleared caches, disabled things that might slow VC down etc Nothing works. the import of the Demo Data of the “Fashion” Store did not lead to the overall impression of your online version. Here is what is missing/different:
- No language Switch in the upper right corner - Mega Menu with Icons is Missing - It says “Account” instead of “Login and Register” in the upper left corner - It says 2014 in the Footer instead 2016 - Buttons used in slider do not render as Retina images

We would include the Uber Menu for free with our theme but we are not permitted to do this because they do not provide Extended Licenses, so you must purchase it separately.
Here is the plugin page: UberMenu (MegaMenu) and for further info please use author link, UberMenu Documentation , is easy to understand.
If you use UberMenu don’t forget to disable skin,

Yes, Imran, that’s what I was saying that now is partially ok, but there is still sth wrong when the title of a product consists in numbers instead of letters. Now you can see the latest added product on the website is “George Orwell’s 1984”, instead of simply “1984”, but still there is a small problem. When you click on the book to see its description, you’ll see on the Books right side widget a kind of error, that is there is no space between “George Orwell’s 1984” and the book below (“Understanding Teenagers’ Reading”).
