I have a tumblr feed that I want to embed into a page which I have tried with an iframe but height is proving an issue – can I ask how you suggest with Bridge Theme?

hi i’ve created a download page for my products but it doesn’t work because i cannot view the products on it. when i click on the download voice of the menu bar, it appears the download-archive page. I tried to review the easy digital downloads settings but there is no option that i touched about or something else that apparently i can do. Does bridge support e-commerce setting or do i have to include anything else? thank you

Dear Support,
I’m currently running a fresh installation of Wordpress version 4.5 with the latest version of Bridge as updated on the 20th of April. Installation functions fine, but after importing demo 107 the logo is invisible and the masonry gallery is invisible. I’ve also tried created my own galleries without success—is this a known bug or other?

We are using the Team box in Visual composer, but want to add a phone number and V-Card. Can this be done?

There are no field for this by default.
You could add phone number into description field. Or, alternatively, to combine this element with some other in the same column, text block for example, to add this additional information you need.

This message means that theme zip file is larger than max upload file size allowed in configuration of your server. Please either increase that limit or upload the theme via ftp (second method explained in our documentation). http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-1-wordpress-theme-installation/
Go for that second method, since you’re working locally, no need for FTP client, just paste unziped bridge theme folder in wp-content/themes folder of your local server.

Hi team – sorry please disregard the messages above. I installed bridge.zip and then deactivated and removed both layer slider and visual composer from plugins, and then I reinstalled them. All working now thanks!

No need for doing it. We released theme update for the compatibility with latest WordPress version as soon as new WP came out.
Please make sure you’re using latest Bridge version, and latest VC that comes included within it.

Still love my Bridge .. just for next improvement, i suggest you guys must tweak/improve visual composer element user interface when it implemented into pages like on some other themes did. Your VC UI on pages look so messy to me because i always get spoiled by themes with efficient VC UI on creating pages. I like what you did for the result on front end, but creating pages with your VC is not comfort enough. i believe i’m not alone for this issue. keep up the good works ..

Recently we discovered that the Visual Composer forms went missing from our site. When we logged in to edit the forms the function wasn’t allowing us to add any elements to the page to edit. We updated to the most recent version of Bridge to see if that had anything to do with it. Is there a recent issue with Visual Composer your team is looking into?
