hi, i have a presale question. I see you use a custom version of visual composer. Does this mean that I will not be able to use additional addons for it ? For example ultimate addons, or others

Yes you cannot use all the add-ons. A few users have tested but we cannot grant all the extensions will work fine, this is for every advanced themes that use an unique take-on on VC. For example in this demo we use the VC Particles, or VC Clipboard is part of the package but wont assure compatibility with all the addons. Let us know if you need more infos

I can not Activate Visual Composer. It says : NO LICENSES FOUND. now I can’t use Visual Composer any more. Do I need to buy a extra licenses for it? I did buy the theme with the plugins.

Hi, can you tell me how the site licensing works? Can I download and build it the site on my local machine and then transfer the site to production server? Will that cause any problems? Or do I need to install and build on the production server?

As for ThemeForest license you can install a theme in a single domain but for sure it’s permitted to build your site in your local host and transfer online or build in an “hidden” folder of your domain. No problem! Let us know if you need more infos!

1. No sorry this is not an option sorry, you can only filter for categories, anyway thank you for suggestion sounds interesting new feature.
2. The theme works with BuddyPress but there is not an Uncode customisations, this mean the main CSS are inherit but there are any extra customisations applied to the default BBPress.

hi guys, i added typekit api token and kit id in Fonts Source page and saved it. When i go to the Fonts page, this is what it says “No kits found for the API key you provided.”. I published the Kit on Typekit website and waited for an hour incase it takes that much time. still doesn’t appear in Fonts page. I tried it twice with new api tokens and kit ids. still the same. how to fix this ?

Good day! I just bought your theme uncode 1.3, installed it as per video tutorial. But most of plugins did not install, Uncode Core, Uncode Visual Composer, Visual Composer Clipboard, Envato WordPress Toolkit, Layer Slider, Revolution Slider, Uncode Dave’s WordPress Live Search and VC Particles Background did not installed, when I try to install them, said “NOT FOUND”. I LOVE your Theme…. and I have a general question (hoping you have a solution). If we look at your demo page: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-landing/ – There’s a phone with 6 different feature (3 per side). If we look at the same page on a mobile phone we will only see 3 (and not 6) -> http://postimg.org/image/uksaaa3q9/ Please let me know if you have a solution for that? Thank you
Consider in Uncode both for ROW both for COLUMNS you have the Responsive Visibility settings, here you can SHOW or HIDE both for desktop, tablet and devices. This is useful if you want to hide something on mobile or viceversa. Absurd case you can show a completely different layout on the 3 breakpoints: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/column-settings/#2835/6
In the Demo Contents here and there we hide or show something just to give a demo to these options.
