i just bought this theme but it is by far the worst theme ever….spend all day just to end up deleting my wordpress and I will buy another theme. – cant install.zip so installed it FTP. finally worked…theme corrupt out of memory changed config.php to 64 MB. didnt work for me… please make themes you sell at least a little bit user friendly…. disapointed customer

Hi there, i send you a message fews weeks ago on your support platform and i don’t receive any answer… I need support to edit a portfolio page. No no Man !! i’m talking about edit page setting there we can edit from pencil symbol but when i click on pencil symbol the pop up is loading and loading

If you have an issue we are not aware (loading loading) we need to check in details, please note that this wall is not used for support. Open a ticket and we’ll ask private login to check your site and help you. I hope this make sense.
Will explain you step wise. First i opened my admin panel then dashboard will come… Second i go to pages then, i clicked on SHOP CLASSIC-Front Page.. Thrid step :: Then if i want to change the heading, Women’s SneakPeak to Womens New trends i clicked on pencil icon then, pop up comes with loading sign and this remains same for 20mins.. So that means i’m unable to edit anything..
If you want my admin panel password let me know..
And this problems is come in every computer and PC
Please give me a solutions…

Yes you cannot use all the add-ons. A few users have tested but we cannot grant all the extensions will work fine, this is for every advanced themes that use an unique take-on on VC. For example in this demo we use the VC Particles, or VC Clipboard is part of the package but wont assure compatibility with all the addons. Let us know if you need more infos

I can not Activate Visual Composer. It says : NO LICENSES FOUND. now I can’t use Visual Composer any more. Do I need to buy a extra licenses for it? I did buy the theme with the plugins.

1. No sorry this is not an option sorry, you can only filter for categories, anyway thank you for suggestion sounds interesting new feature.
2. The theme works with BuddyPress but there is not an Uncode customisations, this mean the main CSS are inherit but there are any extra customisations applied to the default BBPress.

hi guys, i added typekit api token and kit id in Fonts Source page and saved it. When i go to the Fonts page, this is what it says “No kits found for the API key you provided.”. I published the Kit on Typekit website and waited for an hour incase it takes that much time. still doesn’t appear in Fonts page. I tried it twice with new api tokens and kit ids. still the same. how to fix this ?
