Hi there,
I am building my site on a private server. I have the theme installed and massive addons also. I have created 3 pages already with visual composer and massive addons. i can preview the pages correctly, but when I add them to the site and click on them from the menu they show the content without the massive addons styling. It´s like its been overrided with the theme styling.
Can you indicate me where should I check to correct this.

We haven’t tested this plugin within our theme. What we can recommend – is to try disabling ajax page transition, by setting them to NO ANIMATION in Qode Options -> General -> Page Transition.
Or try it only for that page, go to Pages -> the ‘problematic’ page, and in Qode General panel set Page Transition to NO ANIMATION.

Really like the options I have with Bridge, but when I install a demo it installs 13 posts, 17 comments, 24 portfolio’s, and a whopping 133(!) pages. It looks really messy and cleaning it up is somewhat of an arduous task. I don’t even know which pages I can trash… Could you guys clean the demo’s up a bit in a new update?
Also, many demo’s give me this warning at the top of the site: getimagesize(/home/......./domains/......./public_html/bridge10/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/logo.png) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/......../domains/........./public_html/wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/slider.php on line 344

2. For that warning, you just need to upload your own logo in all the fields in Qode Options -> Logo, instead of our default one.

I use demo 10 – one page. But it’s in all of the demo’s (except the concepts)

Imported demo data through Qode import. But the Layerslider WP was empty.
So I chose on of the zip files in the ‘xml export’ folder and clicked the Layerslider import button but nothing happened.

Which demo did you import? Not all the demos use Layer Slider.
If your demo uses Layer, using Qode Import option, does not automatically import Layer Slider!
What you need to do, is to go to LayerSlider WP inside your admin area, see the field named Import Sliders, click to choose files, and in xml export folder you have got with your theme (theme package you downloaded from themeforest when you bought the theme), find the LayerSlider_Export_Bridge zip file for your Demo. Import it, and once you have done it, you will see a shortcode for that slider in a table above, copy that shortcode to your Page (paste it in a fieldLayer Slider or Qode Slider shortcode)

Yes. I actually found your answer in the comments and did exactly as written.
I did click the import button at the LayerSlider WP’s Import/Export tab after choosing LayerSlider_Export_Bridge50.zip file.
But there are no imported sliders after clicking the import button.
I am using demo 50-Fahshiion Shop.
I extracted the zip file and tried json file instead of zip file. It worked.

I haven’t touched my site in a few months .. it just lives there, but I went to it today and for some reason a lot of images are just not appearing. I’m not sure how this would happen? I don’t believe I got hacked because everything seems to be in working order. The images are still in the Wordpress backend, just not appearing on the site.

Your host updated your WordPress automatically , and this caused this problems.
You need to update your theme and Visual Composer as well, to have the compatible versions.
Update your theme first to the latest version 9.1.3 http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/

Visual Composer and Header are not working properly with the last version of Theme and Visual Composer. Do I really need to buy the theme again? (6 months support)?

Latest Bridge 9.1.3 that comes with Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 is tested and no issues there with Header nor Visual Composer.
Please make sure you’ve updated both to the mentioned versions, and clear browser cache.

I have a question, should be no brainier for pro’s like yourself:
I downloaded demo content (all), to better understand plugins and to have samples to work with side by side.
However, now, I’m about to finish site – i dont need no demo content no more.
Is it possible to remove all the things I my new site doesn’t use – like demo pictures which are taking a lot of host spacing, and other stuff. But keep my new content and settings.
I’m thinking to delete:
wp-content/uploads/2012 wp-content/uploads/2013 wp-content/uploads/2014
these are probably taking 80% of all content space atm.
What is best practise?

Thanks for your message. Yes of course, you can remove all the demo content – posts, pages, media…that you won’t use.
So feel free to delete those folders. But to be sure, we always recommend downloading those folder to your PC to have it as a backup.

Dear Qode, on the about us page we have listed all pictures from our employees. None of the Image alt text appear in the source code. Even after updating all images via the Media Library and filling all titles and alt attributes. What could be the issue when these alt attributes are not obtained in the HTML source code? Cache has been emptied obviously. See below code example:

Latest Bridge version is 9.1.3 , and it includes 4.11.2.1 version of Visual Composer. No need for additional activation of the theme or included plugins. Only if you’re using Envato Toolkit plugin for auto-updates, you need to configure it using purchaser information, and also for the support on our ticksy system.

And in Qode Options -> Elements -> Slider Navigation Interface -> Qode Slider, you can remove borders from left/right navigation button of Qode Slider.

To have compatibility with latest WordPress, you need to update your theme to the latest version (9.1.3), and update Visual Composer to 4.11.2.1 as well (comes included)
