You say on the theme’s page that PSD files are included in each purchase, but there are no PSD files at all on the theme’s zip file. What’s wrong here?

Why not make it available to everyone, as you say you do on the theme’s sales page?

We’ll give other customer in the readme.txt file in next version. Now you can get it when providing your email/or creating a ticket at our support system and we’ll send it to you.

So many bugs this theme is unusable as is. The theme importer function also does not work on “shared” hosting platforms. The last few “updates” they uploaded the wrong theme or broke the theme entirely. Revo Slider is now broken inside the “new” 2.0 theme. Seems like this agency really needs to work out the bugs before pushing this theme out public.

Whenever I open a widget inside editing a page it doesn’t save at all. Can’t do anything….

I came to check if there was a solution for the logo size issue and saw your instructions, but unfortunately that’s a terrible solution, as it moves the search icon and the menu button, messing up the whole header.

Is anything else we can do change the logo area size? Or even better, when will you guys fix that? That’s a pretty basic feature that 99% of WP themes have, how you didn’t think about it prior to releasing this theme?

I updated to version 2.0 and the problem persists, but in a different way. I will submit a ticket later this week as this is not a major issue and I prefer to finish customizing the theme prior to having someone looking into this. Thanks.

I’m kinda done with whole thing lol. I could’ve just coded out a site. I missed my deadlines because of all these back end issues. This theme made me return $2,000 + what I seen on this them and buying Visual composer. There is no “Site” for your developer to check because the site won’t even start. I just want my money back. I’m having issues with the rev slider as well. I’m reluctant to fill out a ticket due to the amount of complaints that “theme move isn’t answering the tickets”

How or where do we change the logo size? I need to strech it. please answer the question here, because many other may have that problem.

Always backup before making any changes

1. Open header01.php file (located in: wp-content\themes\tm-heli\template-parts)

2. Scroll down and find this line http://prntscr.com/b3f7kz

You can increase logo width area by changing col-md-1 to col-md-2 or col-md-3

3. Next, continue scrolling and finding this line http://prntscr.com/b3f7x3

The sum of columns is 12. So if you increase above code to col-md-2 or col-md-3, you need to decrease this column to col-md-10 or col-md-9
