I am so close to buying this theme as a friend bought it and let me play around with it on my local network but i have found one functionality that doesn’t work and its the one bit of functionality i find that separates this theme from others.
When I make a test page and try to use page options>content>content width and enter its own width, when i view it nothing happens and it doesn’t over-ride the content width in the uncode theme settings.
It works for portfolio and posts but not for pages. I don’t know why but it bothers me that it doesn’t work at all, otherwise i would buy this theme in a heartbeat because apart from that annoyance its the best theme i have tested so far.

Hey! I really like the theme. However, I am having trouble replicating the ‘Caption Option’ section you have listed on this page: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/features/media-gallery
When I choose masonry as the style, I can see the captions because I picked the option ‘Content under the image’ in the Block Layout setting. However, I do not want masonry, I want Metro (the square images). When I change it to Metro, the captions are dissappearing.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi, How can I delete the demo content? I have added my own pages and now want to remove the demo content but it’s only giving me an option under uncode->Install Demo->Delete Demo Media to delete only media files.
Also, on blog page where the categories are showing under header (business & lifestyle at the moment), can I control their display? If yes, how?
HI Isha1618, yes you can delete only images cause is supposed you need Demo Contents. Otherwise you need to select all your pages, posts, porfolios with the bulk selection and delete them click here. If you don’t need any of our contents delete them all or select only the layout you don’t need.

Dear Sirs,
I would kindly ask you to provide me with the information concerning the UNCODE Theme template created by your hand. The issue is that automatically generated pages of Categories are supposed to be filled with certain posts but they don’t. Category links in posts or in Secondary meny lead to generated page containing Menu, Header, Widget, Footer – everything but posts. In the link attached you can see my tries to organize this process using handmade Pages instead of automatically generated Category Pages. First and Second links in Secondary Menu at the index page do represent my experiments. But in this case user cannot reach posts by chosing Category from the post itself.

Hi Pavlovitch_Alex, it seems you missed the Automatic Query option or you have not associated a Content Block in the Theme Options > Posts > Content, can you please double check?

hey guys – first of all thanks for this great theme, it does certainly look awesome! However I’d have two pre-sale questions I would like to ask:
1. Is it possible to use the page without shop, so i.e. only with a grid of images?
2. Is it possible to somehow integrate and modify the checkout process, tax calculations etc. during the checkout process and the shop? We are a non-commercial, social organization from Germany and would like to use your template – and later on also the shop. However we need to do adjustments like a 19% tax, etc. for the german market. Would that be possible?

1. Yes for sure, you can use for example simple pages or the portfolio setup (you can rename the portfolio something else). All the options are still available. sorry for my late reply I was a little busy with other projects – now focusing back on this one.
I have two further questions, sorry for that:
1. if using the WooCommerce Germanized tool to modify the theme for the german needs – will the added information be integrated into the main design of the page? I’ve seen it often, that by adding a WooCommerce Germanized plugin the additional information like taxes,... don’t fit into the design of the checkout process and are not editable either.
2. Is there a german “language package” or a german version of the website available or would the comments, notifications, cart,... have to be translated manually?

1. Actually we don’t have any reports form German users and we have dozen of users use Uncode + Woo in Germany. Maybe I don’t understand your request but it should work as expected.
2. We don’t have any pre-made translations but you just need to use the Loco translate to create translation for the few native WordPress words: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/localisation/

Hi germanseb, no sorry I don’t remember the link of the sites that use the WooGermany extensions. The best we can offer is a refund and we have written here, take Uncode if you like, if you have any problems contact our support (I’m pretty sure everything is fine) if something is broken we’ll offer the refund. Try to test this as soon you can (I mean don’t ask for refund 3 months after the purchase). I only ask you to wait at least 1 week, cause there is a new WooCommerce update from yesterday (version 2.6) and as you can see from the official repository they are still fixing issues with this update: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues , and it’s also possible that the WooGermany author need to update the plugin. Hello, I’m sure this sounds like a stupid question, but I just don’t see any examples of this on your demos. How much control do you have over the meta on blog posts in some of the masonry or blog post element modules? I see entry-title, entry-date, -author, and -excerpt. How about a category? Did you just choose not to display it on the demos, or is it not there? I need to be able to show a masonry page of posts but also show the categories. Thanks!

Hi. This is a pre-purchase question. I like your theme. My needs are not big. What I need is a theme that will give me a homepage with a Grid or Masonry, portfolio or gallery that I can have thumbnails with titles that click to single images, gallery slideshows, and a video player that open in a lightbox overlay. I really just want everything on a homepage thumbnail grid or masonry, and for single images, galleries (clicking through galleries in the light box overlay), and video to be viewable in light box overlays, without going to a separate page.

HI. I already know that pages are listed in date basing (DB) order
However, there is some confusing thing for users
As you see through the URL http://idadesign.kr/project, the first project is ‘MAGNIX’ and then the next project is ‘Saigon Hot Pot’, and HYNDAI DYMOS…
But, the bottom navigation button; looks like (NEXT >)in the page of magnix(http://idadesign.kr/portfolio/magnix), doesn’t show the next page. Which means that the next button isn’t for the next page. Actually, the PREV button is for the next page.
Therefore, Could you tell me that how to switch the function of buttons. I means that when I click the next button and it shows me up the ‘Saigon Hot Pot’ page.

When using a content block with more than one column at the top of a page with a transparent header, I am not able to switch between light and dark menu and logo. Is this a bug? I have the menu set to display as dark, but when I go to a multiple column layout the menu defaults to light.

All of the sudden my media gallery keeps disappearing. Is anyone else having this problem? Each time I go to the media gallery settings and choose imagery to display the images I just loaded have all disappeared. I have manually re-added them several times but each time I do the webpage says media not available. Can anyone recommend a fix for this?

Presale question: I dont like that your demopages only contain customized home pages. when clicking on portfolio item you’re just using the basic template layout. When importing demo content, will they contain properly styled (like homepage) pages?
