The button is added as a Header widget. To edit the URL that is linked to the button, you need to navigate to OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER WIDGETS. The button widget is added in the Code Content area and you can change the href parameter to point to your site’s page. Let me know if you need further instructions.

Thanks for the reply Swami. One more issue I noticed is when we open the webpage in a mobile this contact us button is moved down. You can check this url http://www.responsimulator.com/?url=latest.onmymobile.co The same is happening on android devices also. Probably some thing needs to be modified in the same widget ?? It will be great if you can provide fix for this also.

Thank you for the compliment and I am glad you are finding it easy to use.

1. The items in the portfolio grid will be unequal in 2 cases – a) if you have enabled “Masonry” layout in the Portfolio Module options. If so please disable this and save the module so the items all line up. or b) you have set up some of the items in the grid as Double Width or Double Height. This property can be found in the individual portfolio post’s page in the Portfolio Options metabox under “Portfolio Thumbnail settings tab” . Disable these options and Update the Post item to align your grid evenly.

2. If you looking to edit the Icons in the Header, you need to follow the steps here -

a. Generate your social media icons in the page builder using the icon module, then copy the module (shortcode gets added to your clipboard )

b. Goto OSHIN OPTIONS -> TOP HEADER SETTINGS section and Paste the copied shortcode in the text widget ( cmd + C in a mac & ctrl + C in windows or right click & paste ) .

c. Repeat this for each icon.

Thank you. I am glad the suggestions were helpful. By default the Portfolio items are ordered based on Creation Date. To reorder them, you can manually modify this date in the backend. Alternatively, you can use the order “Post Types Order” plugin, but this is not compatible if you are using Infinite Load or Load More Pagination in your Portfolio grid.

To get the pages or settings from new demos, you have to Import the settings and contents of these pages using the One Click Import feature. However, if you are looking to import just the Portfolio, we have used the same set of Portfolios in the new demo’s sample content as well as all the types of Portfolios have been showcased already.

Let me know which page/post you are trying to using in your site, so I can give specific instructions to achieve it.

If you need only the contents from the new demo, you should chose to Import the “Contents” alone from the drop down.

If you had exported your original settings under OSHINE OPTIONS > IMPORT/EXPORT, you can use that file to import the settings back now.

If you do not have this export file, let me know the specifics of the settings that have changed after the import so I can assist you of how to get them back.

If you are using the Page Builder for the Blog Post, you need to use the “Excerpt” section in the Posts. The short content that you want to display in the Blog Page should be added in the Excerpt Section of the respective blog post. The excerpt section will be available at the bottom of each post page. If you cannot find this – it can be enabled in the Screen Options at the top right corner of the page.

However, for a Masonry Blog style, you can only limit the content as per the method above, but the Read More button will not appear for this style.

Yes the option is still in pipeline for one of our updates. We have to prioritise features that we offer in each of our version updates and hence the delay. You can use the custom CSS code below, in the meantime to have the Header sticky on mobile devices as well -

Thank you for the example but I would also like to know exaclty how to implement the language switcher, one of my friend bought your theme, and send it to me so I can try it out before buying it and I am not able to enable the language switcher in my header. I tried everything and it’s not working, and in your theme documentation you dont have any information about this. In my WPML setting and configuration there is not an option to put it in the header, only footer and slidepanel.

It would be great to add detailed instruction on how to implement the language switcher in your documentation.

Firstly, thank you for purchasing the theme and I understand that it might seem difficult as you are new to web development. You can find our detailed knowledge base here – http://brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/ which has details about all the important aspects of the theme.

To start with you have to follow the instructions under each of the articles here – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/article-categories/getting-started/ starting from Upload, Install & Activate Theme followed by Install & Activate Required Plugins and then Import Demo Content. The instructions are pretty straight froward and you need to follow them to get the Site set up just like the demo of your choice. Once you have imported the demo content, you can edit the contents and images easily.

Do let me know if you have any difficulties in executing this and we can help you fix it.

And yes, hiring an express wordpress installation service from Envato, would cover, installing wordpress in your server, set up the theme and import the demo of your choice.

As per the design, when you set a Section in the Page Builder as Full Screen, the Section will occupy the Full Screen in height and width. I am not sure what you mean by margins, as there will not be any space for margins in a full screen section. Can you send me a screenshot of the portion you are looking to hide so I can assist accordingly?
