Hi, I’m waiting on a response regarding the unresponsive “coming soon” text. We also noticed the Split-Page design is also not responsive. How can this be fixed? I ended up removing “mega menu” from the primary menu which was hurting our theme. Heads up, your demo has been down all day.

The theme is great but I’m having some problems with Revolution slider plugin. When I activate all the plugins that come with the theme WP says all plugins installed and working correctly but revolution slider (even though it says active) tells me to activate.

This is just an advertisement of Revolution Slider itself. You don’t need to activate it, just ignore this notice. Because Heli has updated frequently, everything you need, Heli has already done that

thank you for the quick answer. The problem is that in the website I have a red box saying “Revolution slider error: Slider 03 not found”. Also the menu is not displayed correctly, same issue. So when I go back to my plugins I see revolution slider active but if I enter in the plugin settings it says “provide activation code”..

I really wish you guys could invest some more in quicker response.. I’m waiting 3-5 days on a response very disappointing. The Ess grids arent working again cant import them from your demo or with import export from ess grids itself.

Hey ThemeMove, quick question on the new update. How do we import the new pages/sliders & grids and into out design without totally reinstalling everything? Ill just wait for an answer on my support ticket for the rest.

Please follow these steps below:
1. Update your theme, the instruction at our online document – remember that just update theme, don’t re-import the content
2. Install theme in the brand new site (or in local), then import new content you want to add
3. Copy the content of the page you want to add to your real site.

This works partly only the Grids aren’t downloading from the import script in the clean installation so cant export/import them…

Have you noticed that the social media icons are not being displayed on portfolio pages? Only letters are been displayed, like “SHARE: b a c d.”.

Version 3.0 was released and this issue is still there! C’mon guys! Put yourself on your client’s seat. How will someone present a portfolio that has “b a c d” on the share links?? That’s ridiculous! Please fix that ASAP!!

Hello, I want to add a footer to our website including the social icons. The weird thing is that the social icons won’t show up in the footer. We have tried to install Heli on an unused website of ours to test it with the demo content, and there it shows automatically. Only the problem then is that we don’t know how to adjust the URL of the social media links. So actually we have two questions: if the social icons don’t show automatically in the footer, what can we do to add these and how to adjust the redirecting URL of the social icons?

how can i activated it in this case that all other pages are hidden behind it? actuall it looks like that this page is only a “normale” page.
also with the mainteance mode page. if i actived can, for example, google see that this page is in this mode 503?

ah, okay. i ask but some authors are offer integrated maintenance mode option in their theme and as i read you have a maintenance page i look for a option to actived it, but i don’t find it

If you have already installed Heli and want to update to the latest version to add new homepages, you just need to update files, don’t re-import the content.
To add new homepage, you need to create a new version in local, then copy the content of this page to your current site.
About the second question, if you want to ask about the new page: Split Slider, this is our answer: it is an onepage demo and you can add/change contents, not merely 5 screens. And, it also has menu at the right side: http://prntscr.com/bbp5xw
