I see that you are using the Horizontal Carousel Slider for the Main Portfolio page, and Ribbon Carousel for the Internal Pages.

The difference between the two is the missing Pinch and Swipe gesture in the Horizontal Carousel Slider. If this is what you are mentioning about, unfortunately, it is not possible add the Pinch and Swipe gesture in the Main Portfolio page (with Horizontal Carousel).

Apologies, there isn’t an option in the backend to change the button. You can alternatively, hide the button from the Portfolio details module using custom CSS, and add a Button via the Page Builder with the text on your own.

Or, you have to edit the code file to change the button.

Apologies but customisations are beyond the scope of our support. However if you have found the code, you can add it in the Child theme. Changes made in the Child theme will not be lost when you update the theme. This is primary purpose of having your customisations isolated in Child Theme.

About the issue with the Close menu, If the issue does not occur in the Demo pages, then kindly ensure you have the latest version of the theme. You can update the theme as per the instructions in the documentation here – www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme

Thanks for the response. The menu button issue does occur in the demo. In the v14 demo, if you make your browser mobile-size, open the mobile menu, resize the browser to desktop size, then resize it to mobile, the mobile menu will be closed but the button does not change back to the hamburger button.

The reason I thought having a child version of js/script.js might be inconvenient with updates was just because I think you mentioned in another comment that that file is changed often by you guys.

Instagram changed their API recently which broke all the widgets. We have already released a fix. Kindly go to PLUGINS -> ADD NEW and update the BE Page Builder plugin to its latest version. Subsequently visit this website, http://instagram.pixelunion.net/ and generate an access token. Go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS and enter the access token in a setting there. Save the options panel. Your feed should start working again.

Important Note – prior to updating the plugin, you need to ensure that you have the latest version of the theme – OSHINE 4.3.1. Follow the instructions on this link to update the theme – www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme .

The strings in the contact form fields are made translatable? ?under the text domain \’be-themes\’. Some of the Strings present in the Page Builder modules (like Contact Form) is included within the BE page builder plugin, so you should be translating it as well. We have had many of our buyers who have been able to translate the site using POEDIT software. If you find the software difficult, you can use the Code Style Localisation plugin which is also compatible with the theme. The instructions on how to translate the theme and BE Page Builder plugin is provided in the link here. I am not sure how much the icons overlap with your logo, however one tip is to Turn OFF the Header Wrap under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER STYLE. This is will the header more room to accommodate your Logo and Widgets. If that does’t work either, you can use the code below to hide the widgets in Mobile screen sizes -

    }
}

As per the change in norms by Instagram, for the Instagram feed to be pulled in the site, you have to generate an Access Token. You can generate the Access Token at http://instagram.pixelunion.net/ and add the token under OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT AND SETTINGS. Note that , this token needs to be generated for the account that you using in the Module. Also update your BE Page Builder to 4.4 that has the fix for the Instagram issue.

However to fix the issue now, please email your URL, wp-admin id and password and also you FTP details so i can log into the server and update both the Theme and Plugin to the latest versions.
