As per the licensing terms in Envato, you can use the theme in only one website per regular license. If you are looking to use the theme for a different website, you need to purchase regular license once again and for the same price.

The space is because you seem to have pasted the “row” shortcode in the Code Content area under HEADER WIDGETS. You can just paste the “button” shortcode alone and the space will remain intact. Actually you didn’t have to copy the entire Row shortcode. You just had to paste the button shortcode, which would have ensured that there was no additional padding in mobile devices. Sorry about that…I was installing a 3rd party plugin from Code Canyon called Font Writting Animation and I totally understand it is not in the scope of your support for other plugins…I had the author of the animation plugin take a look at your theme and he thought it was a js conflict and he asked me to ask you…what might be causing an error like above when the plugin is enabled. The plugin works fine on twenty 15 theme but as soon as I enable your theme…that is the error message that is thrown. Hope this helps and I understand if this is beyond the scope of your support. Thank you!

Yes like you have said, compatibility and issue due to the usage of 3rd party plugin do no fall within the scope of our support. I can however look into what might be causing this, to check if I can give you a straight forward workaround, although I cannot assure one. Thanks for your answer. I made the update and the strange thinks that it’s seems that the problem persist but not with all font family choice. I first change all the family font in Oshine option > typography in Garamond it was working well and after I try with Times family and it’s change to the first family default, not times… Perhaps it’s help you to see where the bug come from ? Yes you can. You need to add the following parameter in the Icon Module

new_tab= "1" 

Easier way would be to create the icon using the Icon Module in any page in the Page Builder. In there you can enable the option called ‘Open Link in new Tab’ and save the module. Copy and paste the shortcode in the footer area.

Hi Henry,

Kindly use the “More Tag” to restrict the content that will be shown in a blog archive page. Kindly refer this kb article http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/read-more-link/ . This way you will be able to show just the featured image, title and a small snippet of content in the blog archive page, instead of showing the entire content & images of all the posts there.

I have tested the theme with this version of Woocommerce and there are no known issues so far. Do take a backup of your content and options panel settings prior to updating the plugin, as the plugin authors claim this to be a major update. Click on Choose File and choose the .zip file. You can find the file from the theme package in the page SAMPLE CONTENT -> SLIDER CONTENT -> REVOLUTION SLIDER , choose the .zip file of the demo that you need. Click on Import.

I’m not sure how to do this? There is no sample content folder in my theme package folder..?

I think you have probably not downloaded the theme package ( All Files & Documentation ). You may just downloaded the installable wordpress theme file, which is why you are unable to locate the Sample Content folder. Unfortunately, Fixed Sidebar template is not available on Pages. You can only choose this template for your Single portfolio pages.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in the theme. The Blocks used in the Home page of the V21 demo is built using our Portfolio Module. This is basically meant to show case you work. An image assigned to each Portfolio will be displayed in the grid and on hover, the basic details will appear. Moreover, the Portfolio Module can be set up at the maximum as a 5 Column Grid, and hence the thumbnails cannot be made as small as the sample landing page that you have in mind. We have about 9 hover gestures, but Flipping is not an option among that.
