Yes we do have option to enable Comments in Pages. The option can be found in the Options Panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT AND SETTINGS > Display Comments in pages .

You can copy the Shortcode for the modules from the Page Builder by click on the Copy Icon in the Top Right corner of the page and paste it in the default editor.

You can use the More tag to restrict the amount of content you need to show in posts page. The option to include the more tag is present in the Content Editor Settings as shown here – http://cl.ly/image/1z17163i121C?_ga=1.177365669.1429764350.1436197404 .

If you have the Page Builder enabled for blogs, then you will have to use Excerpts as the More tag doesn’t work with it.

Hi Lev,

You have only have menus links upto 2 levels of submenu. Since you have listed the three items as 3rd level, it is not getting displayed. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to change the depth of the Menus in the theme.

We have not been able to recreate this issue in any of our test or demo sites and none of the buyers have reported of this issue as well. Kindly ensure that you have the latest version of Wordpress and Oshine theme running as well. We can however, help you identify the cause. Do you mean to tell about the Portfolio Title in the Home Page (that appears beneath each portfolio image) or does the issue occur in any of the internal pages? I did check your Single Portfolio page, and the text seems to layout well in smaller screens too. Kindly give the link to the specific page where the issue occurs, so I can check this?

While I waited for your answer, I changed the design so instead of a boxed title in the middle I use a title near the bottom, and then it looks more-less OK. So it is not very important for me anymore, however to have an option of change the font size in that panel would be very useful. The default font is pretty small.

We do have option to change these.

1. The Typography (Font) of the title can be modified using the Options in the panel OSHINE OPTIONS > TYPOGRAPHY > PORTFOLIO > Title on Portfolio Grid .

2. The option to choose the Font’s color is present right in the Portfolio Module’s settings and it reads – Title Color .

The issue would have occurred if you had an older version of Oshine Theme while updating the Page Builder. To fix the issue, You have update the theme to its latest version via the METHOD 2 – USING THE FTP as mentioned in this link here -http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme/ .

If you are not aware to using the FTP method, do email us your URL, wp-admin id and password along with the FTP details (Host URL, username and password) so we can restore it for you.

Email the details via the Private Message form in the Support Tab in themeforest and the support team will attend to this..

Ok i will wait on the google maps issue, but the menu is still not working. It works on pc,ipad but not on iphone/android. I have main menu selected at the bottom of the page.

Apologies, but this option is currently not available in the theme. This, however is a great feature and would benefit a lot of our buyers, as most of them are artists and photographers. We will treat this a feature request, and add an option for this in the upcoming updates.

1. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to remove the hyper link from Category, but you can use the Custom jQuery code below -

jQuery('.gallery-cat-list-wrap a').removeAttr('href');

You need to paste the code in the custom Javascript option under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

2. To anyhow modify the layout of the category page, using the setting in the Options Panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > PORTFOLIO SETTINGS > Portfolio Taxonomy Page Settings

3. Apologies, but there isn’t an option to disable the dynamic height adjustment feature in the testimonial Slider.

Thanks Swami, javascript worked for #1.

Regarding #2, you are correct that those settings impact the portfolio category pages. But the page I’m referring to is the archive page of ALL portfolio items. eg. http://brandexponents.com/oshin/v8/portfolios/. If I can’t remove it, is it at least possible to noindex it?

For #3, what else can I do to ensure the section length/height stays fixed and doesn’t grow when a longer testimonial is displayed? I can’t imagine the only clean option is to ensure all testimonials are the same length! Thanks in advance.

1. This page can be found as you navigate to PAGES > ALL PAGES in your dashboard. In the list you can choose the Page, and move it to Trash if you do not need the Portfolio Page. To remove it from the menu, you have to navigate to APPEARANCES > MENUS and Click on “Remove” to remove it from the Menu.

2. Apologies, but there ins’t an option to keep the height static and you need to make the changes in the core files to modify the behaviour.

Apologies about the issues you have faced in the past. About the missing instagram module – it is because Instagram changed their API recently which broke all the widgets. We have already released a fix. Kindly go to PLUGINS -> ADD NEW and update the BE Page Builder plugin to its latest version. Prior to updating the plugin, ensure that you have the latest version of the theme, which you can update as per the instructions here – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme/ . Subsequently visit this website, http://instagram.pixelunion.net/ and generate an access token. Go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS and enter the access token in a setting there. Save the options panel. Your feed should start working again.

This form is the default from Wordpress and you can use the custom CSS code below to hide the 2 fields -
